Great video, Noah! Sometimes actions speak louder than words. Your fencing apparatus you mounted in your truck was brilliant, got the job done and then a good cup of coffee to top off the hard work. I could just smell that coffee. That used to be my favorite part of camping, smelling that coffee in the morning! The herd is looking great! Take care!
Congratulations, you are living your dream. I lost track of your progress when you stopped posting. Now along with your beard, your herd has increased at least five-fold. Enjoy the aesthetics of your beautiful video. Love watching the herd run. I can understand why you think you need hard wire instead of just hot wire to hold them in. Kudo's
Farm and ranch work is never done but when day is done the rewards can be very satisfying. Good to see you back, have a great, and good one. [The herd is looking awesome.]
Hi Noah, the Heifers are looking good. All you need is a camping chair drinking your coffee and looking at your Bison. How many Heifers can be bred this year. God bless your family. From Roodepoort South Africa.
The first red dog came today! It’s nice to get a win and some momentum for the next hurdles. To get more people to try bison I’m doing 10lb boxes for $60. Fresh Ground and steak combo. Butcher mark up is limiting consumer growth potential. I have more orders than I have meat. Ends up cheaper than beef and I make extra. I don’t mind making people angry if it makes them honest. $18 for ground per pound and $50 for filets that’s just wrong. These are the bison advocates raising bison on fescue pastures and just love the animals. I don’t know much but that’s a rip off and fescue is for front yards. Growing 1% of the US meat supply for the 1% that can afford it. That’s a mess
Good Day all .. nice fence there .. the Bison look happy as well ....what happen to the wife's Chanel ?? Haven't seen a Sunday cook in some time now 😞🤔 just wounding .. y'all have a Blessed Day stay safe, stay healthy, stay positive always make it fun Love from Tucson Arizona 💗🦎🌵🌻🦉👩🌾🌵🦎💗
Looking good...off to an early start. I like how bison ranchers each do things their own way. Gives the new guys a lot of choices. Dr. Grandin says our new and smaller bison ranches bring more innovation and will push our industry to the best it can be. No pressure...it helps having good teachers. I’m finishing up my contract for the last load of heifers. Working on getting my back up bull is exciting. 2 different gts champions offspring may end up here. The heifers are equally as impressive and are champion offspring. I did decide to raise plains bison only. Lots of crosses going on ? but I’d like to leave them the way they are. Handling facility upgrade next. Figuring out where we fit in the bison world. The doors really opened up from being only nature conservancy influenced. NBA suggestion likely saved us from so many mistakes. Good stuff..ck out mnba’s podcast if you haven’t, pretty good bison topics.
Great craftsmanship, that’ll last a long time. I love bison, maybe I’ll have a heard of my own one day. For now I purchase all my meat straight from a local ranch. Awesome hat by the way!
Explaining what you are doing would be helpful. I've never had to build a fence. Would it be possible to show an aerial view of the part of the ranch that you fenced in?
Wow. It's been a minute. So glad to have another video. Love the sounds of fence building. But love to hear you talk about the buffalo. Love the apparatus for the fencing. Did you build that?

From Roodepoort South Africa.
Thank you! Probably 10 or so are old enough to breed this year.
@@BrokenArrowBison That's fantastic. The herd is going to grow guickly!
Has your herd grown a lot- 28+? It's great to get a new video! I check almost daily :D
We currently have 28. Hopefully we’ll have a few calves this spring!
I love videos with little to no talking. Unless taking while doing. Nothing worse than talking heads. Like watching a podcast
So glad you enjoyed it! I feel the same way.

Thank you for the input Donna. Just a different style video we’re trying.
Looks like your herd has grown some. Nothing like a hot cup of coffee to break up a hard days work. Look forward to see more videos.
Absolutely.

It sure has. Thank you for the input! Yes, I did.
Thanks for the video but I prefer you talking some. Explain how many acres you fenced in etc. I'll keep on watching
Thanks for the input!
Greetings from Kentucky. You’re a hard-working man Noah. I’ve been watching for your videos. How is the original herd doing? And the newbies!
Thank you Maureen! Doing great! Hopefully we’ll be having calves coming soon!
I do enjoy you talking to to us about what you’re doing and why. Can understand talking does take more of your time. Always do like your videos.
Thank you for the input Paul!
Is the soil suitable for producing wheat or corn?
