The first set of notes is a reference to Cirno's theme, the second is a reference to Flandre's theme, and the third is a reference to Reisen Udongein Inaba's theme! And in V1, the reference is of the theme of the final boss of Touhou 7, Yuyuko Saigyouji! Hope this helps clarifies stuff!
