Ok so I made a mistake on this list the best Magnet Chao is the Purple Hero Chao that gives a +10 in magnet when maxed sorry about the confusion. I'll fix it in a community Post
right now the best event fast friend is chocola

Dude ever since no place. I was so sure that the table would come. But it still haven’t my guess is that it’ll come at the same we’re it originally came. So is that like September or something. And by table I mean enchanting table

About the Horizon Chao, is not needed if u opened fast friend vending machine before, Max Fused Hero Chao has the same xp stat than him
I'm a F2P player (I've only ever bought VIP).
Regarding the event stat, there are 2 characters that I know who have the event stat to give you at least 2.0 event if you only have 3 slots for Chao. Both are earned via the Race Shop and they are Racesuit Cream and Racesuit Classic Knuckles. Look out for these two if and when the Race Shop resets.
Both of them gives +5 event bonus at star 6.
Since I’ve only bought vip and 5+ chaos and infinite 2x race tickets, And i will try looking for racesuit cream or racesuit classic knux since i missed them because i was on a trip to Antigua and barbuda

Now there's an event that allows you to get a fast friend and gives you +10 event boost
Chocola gives +15 event bonus at star 6.

I still think Fast Friends being so much better than Chao is kinda crap. Chao are only useful in the inventory, basically as like objects rather than actual friends, whereas Fast Friends literally ARE objects, they're robotic, yet are the ones given priority.
Chao are better than Fast Friends when it comes to getting those special stats faster for example the +10stamina Chao to maxed it out and fused would cost a couple hundred Red Star rings but for a +12 Stamina Fast Friends we are talking about thousands of RSR soent to get it maxed so for me i just use Chao for the special Stats when i need it and Fast Friends hust for the bonus XP, Rings, and Damage
I'm A Free To Play Player, And I'm Quite A Top Player I Dare Say, And I Dare Say Top 500 In The World, So I Play Every Week And Day For Events, Adventures And I Have 6 Alts 2 Are My Mains And The Other 4 I Used To Boost My RSR
And That Turned All My 3 Star Fast Friends To Now 4 Stars And A 4 Star Cheese, And That's Just On My Main Account. On My Main Alt, I Literally Am Just A Few Steps Behind.
