I never met anyone that bought a car because of the infotainment system. This car is stunning inside out. It's just so much more sporty than the competition (except maybe the Maccan). I've test drove both the Q5 and the GLC and while both are top-quality vehicles, they give a very boring vibe.
I only said that these are my favorite SUVs, judging only by design. I perfectly know that they're different categories, maybe only Stelvio and Macan can be compared

The X3 offers 4% more cargo space. That's not quite a bit larger. That's marginally larger - same for the Q5 and GLC. It's funny that the reviewers always find the interior of the Stelvio narrower. Maybe it is. But the Stelvio is slighly wider than the X3, Q5 or GLC. Another thing we should keep in mind is that competitors allow moving the rear sear forward and back. So, it's easy to get more space for the legs if we push the seats to a less forwarded position ...but then, they lose the advantage in the trunk. You can't have it both ways simultaneously. The Stelvio probably dynamically on par with the Porsche Macan? Porsche Macan is built over the B8 variant of the VW MLB platform (as is the Q5) ...and that's not bad, but it's not the same as the Giorgio platform created specifically for the Giulia Quadrifoglio.

It's stupid showing a part that's clearly broken by someone and then showing how flimsy the build quality is. It's not. It's very solid inside. Nothing creaks or squeaks ,whereas almost everything does in new Mercedes cars. Alfa is up there with Audi in terms of solidity.

Yet to see an Alfa Giulia or Stelvio that don't have a base plastic interior, do a test with the optional leather and wood packages, when you get real wood trim and real stitched leather on the dashboard and entire door panels, no plastics then to speak of. Those cars feel MUCH better inside than base models.

I utterly detest the styling at the front of the car, hate the grill soo much. Really surprised people say its nicely styled as it looks awful to me. I loved the styling of many Alfa's but just don't like this at all. Apart from that it looks like a reasonable step up in quality from previous cars and the driving experience sounds fantastic.
I just purchased my alfa I'm not as happy for the money I'm finding that it has a lot of cheap things on the inside. I'm trying to find some quality things but right now I'm disappointed.
I do admire Alfa Romeo for what they are trying to achieve. However if you want an SUV with better looks, is as good to drive and far more reliable and has best in class quality then buy a Mazda CX-5. Mazda has often been described as the Alfa Romeo of Japan!!
CX-5 is not it the same league. It competes with Audi Q3, Volvo XC-40, etc. The Stelvio is a segment up, it competes with the Audi Q5, Volvo XC-60, X3, GLC, etc.

And it's not the cheap sort of fake leather, it's as soft and high quality as in Ferrari's and Maserati's, in fact it's the exact same leather.

The cheap feeling plastics is a Chrysler hallmark. Regardless, the Stelio is a good looking suv.

The CX-5 is no where near as nimble and responsive at the Stelvio. Test drove both, bought the Stelvio. Easy choice.

Dashboard lookin cheap, Porsche macan will retain value and looks better inside and out. Furthermore it’s badge reputation and quality is far better.

This car looks like a Mazda. With the Ferrari engine in the highest trim it looks a litle better. In this spec it’s another boring SUV.
