    Excellent conversation about Aluko. Not all those ones sitting in their bedrooms waiting for the super eagles job to be vacant and claim to be coaches!!! Excellent steps from him.

    Nice one for Akinsamiro to develop , progress his game and learn from a midfield general

    The future is great for the Super Eagles we just need the right coach! We have a world-class attack, we just need to add more talent in midfield and defence. In midfield, we need to move away from static positioning as typified by Ndidi and Onyeka who sit back as a shield for the defence - without substantial contribution or participation in attack, into players that can interchange from defence duties to attacking roles (Onyedika, Yusuf, Akinsanmiro and others). In defence, we need to bring in the likes of Adaborioyo (replacing Ajayi) and if possible Caleb Okoli. That will give us talent across the team.
    We just need the right type of coach.

    Good Super Falcons list, though we’ll miss Ayinde. Always knew Onumonu will get back in. All that said, we gonna win the gold.

    I have been hearing this Akinsamiro guy's name for a long time. Yet I'm hearing that he is still at under-19 level. It seems he is good. But how come we have not seen him play since?

      Well, he’s about to start playing first team regularly with this pending move. Although he featured in one Serie A match for Inter last season

    The NFF president said we have a new Super Eagles coach that would be announced at the right time. We wait.

    If Ebenezer Akinsanmiro is that good, why hasn't he been called up to the Super Eagles? He's not that young and we lack depth in midfield. I know he's not getting 1st team playing time but he should be good enough to play at least last 10mins for the NT

    • @EaglesTrackerNG

      He cannot get into the national team based on his U19 performances, when there are many midfielders playing first team football in Europe. He is a talented kid, but he needs to work his way up

      @@EaglesTrackerNG you didnt get the point. i think he meant to ask why he is not playing for the SE if he was better than players in the SE like smith layi is implying.

    Patience with Osimhen’s situation he’ll be one of the biggest transfers of the summer, either Arsenal, Chelsea or PSG . All this talk about his rant affecting a deal is just crap.

    Disgusting the reaction on Bashiru’s signing, he should shut ‘em up on the field

    AyoT you are very harsh on our young players. Kobie maino, Yamal, Etc are Europeans so it's easy for them to play top flight football at a young age. It's much harder for an African born and raised in Africa to start playing for a big club at 16 to 19. Mo Salah played in Swiss league before moving to Itsly then England. What I am saying is the likes of Akinsanmiro need to be encouraged not put down. On Smith Layis live you said we don't haveexciting young players coming up. That is not true at all.

    • @EaglesTrackerNG
      @EaglesTrackerNG  13 дней назад

      Harsh on our young players ? How exactly ?
      I said we don’t have special young players, and it’s true. It’s not a matter of being harsh. Mainoo, Yamal etc. are all special.
      We have some talented players, but none that looks special at their age.
      Osimhen looked special, Iheanacho looked special, Nwakali looked special, Awoniyi looked special, all at under 17 level.
      We don’t have anyone that looks like that right now.

      @@EaglesTrackerNG Special to you is relative. Drogba was nothing special at 20 but look how he blossomed to be one of the greatest strikers of his generation. Same with mo Salah. Nwaksli was special at 17 all right but where is he today ? It's not how you start but how you finish that matters.

      @@EaglesTrackerNG If Kobie Mainoo was born and raised in Ghana he would not be playing 1st team football at Manchester united and we would not see how special he truly is. Where you are born and whaymt country you play for is a factor.

    • @EaglesTrackerNG
      @EaglesTrackerNG  13 дней назад

      @jonjones3841 but he wasn’t… Was Osimhen not born in Nigeria? He turned out quite special regardless. Yes, opportunity and resources play a factor, but it doesn’t change the current reality that our youngsters at the moment aren’t special

    • @EaglesTrackerNG
      @EaglesTrackerNG  13 дней назад

      And no one said you have to be special as a youngster to blossom. I’m not sure what point you’re making with Drogba etc
      Our current youngsters aren’t special, it doesn’t mean they wouldn’t be in the future.
      Yes, it’s how you finish that matters, but what does that have to do with them being special today ? Lol

    Ndidi has lost it or should I say he’s a damaged player, there’s no way we’ll see the Ndidi of old. Best thing for him is to stay at Leicester. As I’ve been saying, the Super Eagles have to move away from him.
