A nice thing about the game I really like is you can respec at any time and put all points into any character you want like you could have a level 10 Connie and respec into a level 10 hitchhiker or sissy and keep respecing until you get the random perks you want as well
Max proficency determines how fast searching and lock picking takes and stealth determines how much the sound meter goes up proficiency and stealth build can be extremely strong if you don’t get spotted
