This is a sleeper , and you can visualize the speed , ride , shifting and that new car smell ! The power and luxury combined together .
Man when I heard the news of the Chrysler 300 being discontinued I didn't want to believe it. As a current Chrysler 300 owner, I'm truly sadden that this model is going away. Beautiful and underrated car in my opinion. Slick and sexy looking car. There's truly not another car like it on the road today. 💔😭
Even more painful is that the Charger and Challenger might be discontinued as well. Since they're built on the same platform and in the same factory.
Yep, and they'll wonder what happened to sales once these models are gone 🙄. I'm not buying an EV anything
The looks I get when riding on the highway.....it means so much to us this car.
Mars, I actually went in to the website and picked the dealership that sold me my previous car and went in on Wednesday afternoon to order a White one. I asked my sales rep if they were going to honor the 55k MSRP and he said that he did not know, because I was the first person to inquire about this car. So he went to ask his manager and came back with we are asking between 10 and 15k over sticker. I shook his hand and walked out.
It's a shame man!
Beautiful car. I am still loving my 2005 Chrysler 300C with 58K miles!
I'm loving my 2008 with 238000 miles😆
Take care of that thing, love those cars 👍
@@kayson7469 Whoa, you are the Big Daddy of the classic 300 owners! Wow! Is those miles with the 5.7L V8?
@@pharoahmonk50 yeah 5.7...I do preventative maintenance changing valve cover gasket, water pump gasket and intake manifold gasket...and use this product called RESTORE engine restorer on every oil change and use Marvel mystery oil to flush engine before oil change, I swear by these 2 products on all 3 of my hemis
@@kayson7469 Man, I am so far behind the eight ball on proper maintenance. I own a few vehicles. My daily is a Ford Truck. My 300C is and has always been my "dress-up" car for church, weddings, etc. Otherwise my 300C just sits all week in my garage. Just lost my AC compressor two weeks ago. Replaced it with an OEM. I know I need to do more preventative maintenance, as I have only done spark plugs. Have you ever changed any fluids? What about your transmission...do you change your transmission fluid every 60k miles?
300C Badge is my favorite part.
On your last video, I said if it wasn’t a 300 SRT Hellcat, I wouldn’t be interested…. But after seeing this 2023 300C, for $55k … its definitely a Great Charger Scatpack alternative.
My guess is if they bring it back as an electric sedan, it'll be the 300E
I hope Mercedes doesn't sue them for using that name, Mercedes had a 300E in the late 80's/early 90's.
@@damilolaakanni F Mercedes, Chrysler should have sued them...they had a 300E in 1959.
@@MoparRob440 I'm wondering if copyrights have expired, that would allow Chrysler to use it again. We'll see!
IMO this was the best reveal from Stellantis so far! I am not disappointed at all! This is exactly what I would option out on a newer 300 with 392 engine and drivetrain! The only thing I would do differently is not call it a 300C. The 300C was considered the most luxurious model of the 300s. This would be considered 300S considering not calling it a SRT. I currently have a 300S V6 and Challenger Hellcat. So I’m not disappointed that they did not go the Hellcat route at all! I don’t think it fits the Chrysler 300’s character. Also the 392 power plant is an already established DNA for the 300. I’ve also had a 06 300C SRT8 with a supercharger and still miss that car! I’ve been waiting Chrysler bring back the 392 for the newer body style for years! 👍🏾
This is exactly what I was saying. The 300C was the luxurious model with lots of chrome and all the features. The 300S is the sport version with lots of black and dark accidents, not to say, they can be fully loaded too but, the 300s names fits this car better.
Agree, it's definitely S Model Mafia approved.
As always, another great video! Keep’em coming!
As I'm getting older, this is one "sweet" ride going from a Charger Hellcat to the 300C. I like to call it a classical upgrade. Particularly in that deep red.
I mean if you want a nicer Scatpack for a good price this a fantastic deal considering you have to order it through the manufacturer, so honestly it's underwhelming in terms of power but overall this a great deal and a great way of stopping dealerships from screwing people over. If I had 55k I'd buy one for sure
In my opinion, the only two things Chrysler actually got right with this car is the pricing guarantee, as well as giving it that beautiful 6.4L Hemi; other than those two things though, I feel like they somewhat missed the mark here. I really would’ve like to see a unique hood for this model, either the og Hellcat style, or maybe even a Shaker Package since it is a n/a hemi at the end of the day. A more luxurious interior would’ve also been a major plus to separate itself even better from the Scat Pack Chargers. Also, I know it wouldn’t really fit the “vibe” of the car, but where’s my damn manual :( ?!? Lastly, I know not everyone is going to spend nearly $60,000 on a Chrysler these days, but 2,200 units for all of North America seem a bit on the low side to me given that if they were evenly distributed across all 50 states, only 44 people in each state would get one, which leaves demand much greater than supply in my prediction. All in all, I’m happy Chrysler gave us something, but like the rest of the “Mopar” vehicles out right now, it just feels like another slapped together special edition to get old parts out of the warehouses so they can get ready to switch over to electric based platforms. Let me know if you disagree, I just feel like this is somewhat of a cash grab with very little passion behind it, rather just an excuse to get rid of some excess parts while also “giving the car the most power it has ever had” by 15hp out of the same exact motor especially. Idk, I’m rambling now, sorry, have a good day. :)
Well said, Alex. I totally agree with you. For the most part of my life I've only owned Mopars (ok, not the typical ones you might think, I loved the F and M bodied models of the late 70s and early 80s and any models related to them) but after I sold my last F-body a few years ago, I wanted a modern car but I just couldn't get excited about any of Chrysler's offerings anymore. The company just seems lost and they don't know what to do. I realize they're preparing for a big changeover to electric platforms, and I hope their offerings will be more exciting and competitive in design and style and technology with other manufacturers.
Contrary to what is being said .I don't think this is a Cash Grab at all . Stallients will probably lose money on these limit edition 300 c 's . Because since this is a last hurray for the old LD platform they wanted to just keep production at just 2200 cars all together and have the cars with a zero markup of 55k which for a car like this is a fairly decent price. For what you're getting.
First of all the interior to some may be lacking but the 6.4 Liter Hemi is similar to the 2014 SRT option and the performance is not too shabby either . Plus at 55k you getting one of the last ICE Chrysler 300 models period ... After that ???? Who knows... If there will even be a EV 300 sedan or model to take it's place .. some stupid dumb fool may slap on the ,300 name and put it on a damn SUV or a crossover (hopefully that won't happen) and hopefully that the 300 will return as a badass EV sedan, ,coupe and or a convertible..
there is no pricing gurantee, once it gets to the dealer, he can set the price or mark it up. I just confirmed that with Chrysler. I will see if I can get the price in writing before I submit my deposit, otherwise this is pointless as I will not pay a dollar over msrp.
@@rodferguson3515 dealers are marking these up....
@@coolbreezeNYC1 That was my rant ... Oh YES they. Are going to mark these 300 c models way up!!! They need to make a profit on those limited edition models.
I have the 06 Chrysler 300 and I gotta say I’m hooked. I have driven cars like Nissans, E55 Amg, Subarus, Toyotas, Hondas and an Audi A8 but I gotta say this 300 is a different type of animal. The E55 Amg was an 04 and A8 was 2014 but that AMG had exhaust pipes that your neighbors would hate. I’ll really miss this legend. Why I love the 300 so much is because it’s not fast by any means but it floats and eats up bumps so smoothly that I tend to forget I’m driving. Engine is so quiet that I have left a cup of drink on it and it did not vibrate the cup off. Yeah it’s a V6 but every other cars i mentioned here all had vibrating engines… not faulty but far from quiet engines.
I’m loving it, I love Mopar and hope they make more of them for the U S for those of us, that’s not going to be apart of owning the first ones shipped 💪🏽
I know a lot of people want something more (ie a hellcat), but I think this a pretty good send off. You can't expect Chrysler to pour money into one model year of a dying car. I'm excited for what Chrysler can bring to the EV game tho, good video!
People are disappointed because Fiat and Stellantis treated the 300 like an unwanted stepchild and intentionally allowed the car to start dying on the vine seven years ago when they pulled the plug on the SRT model for the 2015 refresh and ceased advertising it. Yet, this is the car those of us who didn't care for the Charger Scat Pack wanted from the jump. And to add another slap in the face, this sendoff 300 doesn't offer the Dynamics Package or active suspension. It's an insult, IMO.
They needed to bring attention and excitement to the brand. They failed.
@@LeftyStratPlayer stop blaming Stellantis, Chrysler and the consumers been killing the 300, Chrysler don’t know how to rebrand or remodel the 300c, so the consumer got bored and stop buying it, look at this latest model, it looks no different or newer then then the last model, at least Dodge gives wide body’s, different hoods and tire options, Chrysler been killing their own brand why before Fiat came into picture.
@@dylanmijer2890 Fiat merged with Chrysler in 2011, the refresh came in 2015. Whether it’s Stellantis or Chrysler themselves doesn’t really matter. In recent years, 300 sales have been going up because of the whacky car market and people wanting new cars. The 300 continues to be sold with an SRT-8 variant in the Middle East. The 300 SRT variant ultimately should’ve been sold in North America because of how big the sales were for the Charger and Challenger Hellcat. Chrysler had every opportunity to do so yet they still are killing off the current gen 300 without what so many people wanted. So no there was never “not enough demand for it” because people have been wanting it to come to the US for years. You cannot deny that it is Chrysler’s own fault for letting the 300 die out because they were too lazy to actually bring the SRT variant over to the North American markets.
@@whatamisupposedtoputhere Car companies are making a huge mistake to think that demand for gasoline cars will dry up at a very high rate. There are real, important, limitations to fully electrifying cars in the near future.
I'm OK with the level of performance, it's the interior that has me feeling underwhelmed.
touching is believing.
Laguna leather seats are nice! I think it’s perfect for this car.
little over 2,000 being made, dont get your hope up for getting one regardless. Plus if it was a Hellcat, youd still complain about the interior.
I wish the 2023 Chrysler 300c had production run. Because it becomes rare to find a 300c with a 6.4 hemi. That's the way it is, the 2023 Chrysler 300c is like Chrysler buzz limited edition model.
Yeah agree. I’m sure those 2,200 will sell out very fast. Price is decent enough too as long as it’s not marked up (but if you order on Chrysler.com hopefully it won’t be)
@@MarspeedCars what would the 2023 Chrysler 300 lineup & buying guide look like?
Marspeed friend keep up the great work 😃😃🇺🇸🇺🇸💪💪💪👍👍👍
300C badge gives me Overwatch vibes 😂
It's pretty much what I was expecting. It would have been nice to have the more luxurious interior from the previous 300C, that quilted leather in the linen/blue two tone combination is sweet. Would have liked some more exterior colors available as well. But, that doesn't dampen my enthusiasm for it, I've been wanting a 6.4/8sp 300 combination for a while and Chrysler finally delivers. I've already submitted my reservation.
Sounds pretty cool to me. Glad they put some HP in it. I've already got a fast 300C, a '14 5.7 hemi model, and no $$$ with property taxes due next month, so will reluctantly have to pass on this.
I really like it. The new badging is awesome!
They should sell as many as people want not limited to 2000
I think they want to have it be some type of collectors vehicle since the charger and challenger have got so many already that are numbered
Beautiful car. Chrysler is making a huge mistake discontinuing the 300. This is the best car on the road.
I love it!
Two years ago I purchased a new 2019 platinum 300C 5.7 Hemi. Fully loaded, and I just love the car. I constantly get comments on how beautiful the car is from strangers that come up to me and ask me about it. So by not changing it too much I think is a very good idea and a good tribute to the 300C. I do agree with one other fella that Chrysler should make more than 2200. My car is still like new with 18,000 miles on it, but if it was older with a lot of miles and showing its age, I would love to put in an order to Chrysler. The idea of preventing dealer price gouging sounds good to me. I would have no problem with that.
Make a long wheelbase version of the 300
i agree thought we would get more of a srt 6.4 model but i’ll take it especially if i can get one
My favorite sedan ❤️❤️❤️
55k seems like a steal
Every inner-city baller gonna have one of these. Look out……
I owned a 2006 300c and I placed my order yesterday for a beautiful red 2023
Yea!
I have one ordered. I owned a 12 srt 300 and it was one of my favorite cars. I wish they did more to the interior but it has a bunch of nice materials. Uconnect 5 and a full digital dash would have been easy considering they are making it for other 23 models.
I like the throwback to the original 300 crest but really, the wide wings of that Chrysler logo would be better suited for the send off.
I think a lot of these car companies that's going full EV are in for a rude awakening in the future it's coming !!!
Happy !
Espero que en Chrysler se pongan a trabajar y saquen un digno sucesor de esta leyenda.
Good start..now announce the Imperial 807!
Other than the blavk rims and trunk lid, it's very nice
It'll do, but I must say that the Goodyear tires turn my stomach. They could have done so much better! I'm glad that they're reining in some of the outrageous dealer abuses.
Beautiful ass car glad they put the 6.4L in the car BUT sucks only 2000 being in America. Enjoyed the video
Wish I knew in advance this was coming out, at this price it’s a steal.
A little disappointed they didn’t do a little more to the interior and exterior as a final edition luxury performance 300 but then again the 300 has been one of the most customizable vehicles since its refreshed 2005 release and I’m sure aftermarket wise you will be able to at least give the exterior the look it deserves.
I would have loved to see Granite Crystal as a color option.
Why do people keep saying it should have been an SRT ?
SRT Disbanded years back, even Ralph has moved to another position. This has 95 percent of the SRT pieces, including the grille. It just has a different logo.
I always liked this 300C. I owned a 300M, and it was great. I'm tempted to pre-order this, but I don't want to have buyers remorse by the time I get it. Lol
I’m sure that the idea of a Hellcat 300 was presented by Chrysler to Stellantis, however it wouldn’t make since to invest millions of dollar’s into R&D and testing to a platform that is going away. We should be happy that they still offered this option.
it would if they wanted to draw attention to the brand, which they failed to do so.
As the 300 and Charger share the same platform (“LD platform”), don’t think R&D & testing would be required to fit a 6.2L… still the executives at Stellantis obviously didn’t see a Hellcat 300 as profitable I guess.
khalsrt for example is buying wrecked charger scat/cats and swapping them into v6 chrysler 300's. it is with no doubt a little difficult but not that much for a factory. There is not alot R&D to be done.
Their All built on the same platform
since?...*SENSE
Nice😀
Is we getting a video on the new electric Jeep Recon. I been wait to see if your going to talk about.
Yeah I should get to it but lots going on! Headed to detroit tomorrow for the show so will cover that, plus got a review of a grand Wagoneer coming, as well as Dodges new “buzz model” tomorrow too! Busy times in Mopar land
Forgot to mention the logo in the steering wheel lights up

Im going to order one tomorrow since i do work for a Chrysler dealership....I'm the finance director...
Well I must like it because I have one on Order.
YESSSSSSSSS
I'll just keep mines, I was hoping the last year would of had the hellcat heart.
Ok! I'm actually excited about this 300 model coming out. However, I'm upset that we didn't get this version of the 300C earlier. It would've been a good alternative to the Scat Pack models.
I agree with your take but would have preferred a better interior. Piano black is annoying. If I had my way with the interior, I would have chosen the 300C Platinum with special badging.
Yeah I agree, as I said the interior was a letdown, just a 300S interior with Laguna seats basically. The 300C from earlier years was better.
IMO it’s perfect! The Laguna leather seats was a great touch. I love it in my Hellcat! I also have a 300S with the piano leather which it ok, but the laguna was a nice touch!
@@aj_hlct6230 If I could, I would definitely buy it and never sell it. The Laguna leather was a very nice touch.
My dad has a 1970 Chrysler 300 convertible, I wonder what it would look like to see this next to it!
As much as I love the current 300, your dad's '70 would outshine it in every way 👍

Nice a lot of beautiful mopar muscle for the money
AWD as an option would be nice.. if you drive this in the winter, the rear wheel drive is kinda useless in the snow being so low to the ground. Had a 2015 300 rear wheel and it was awful in snow, tried an AWD and it was night and day different
It’s the same price I paid for my 2012 300S with every option available at the time, without the Hemi
I really wanted to see a Hellcat Redeye powered 300. I get that they didn't want to retool for 1 model year, but I feel they could have followed Dodge's lead by partnering with a 3rd party that was already doing conversions. (Challenger convertibles in Dodge's case). This seems kind of a real let down since they are giving us the same SRT that's been around in non-US markets for 7 years now, and it's not even as nice on the inside.
When you have already received one
I've waiting 8 years for this
A new reface n stuff would be nice not that I can afford it but anywhoo
Please offer aftermarket chrome wheels and grill quilted seats and blue color
They aren’t offering anything else for this model unfortunately
I’m so proud of Chrysler but I’m also pretty sad this is the end of the line for the 300. I have a 2015 300S with 70,000 miles and I love it. I feel this was a nice way for Chrysler to end the road with the 300. The only thing is 300C was the luxurious model with lots of chrome and all the features. The 300S is the sport version with lots of black and dark accidents, not to say, they can be fully loaded too but, the 300s names fits this car better.
Your suggestion that Chrysler did the reservations online to prevent price gouging is unfortunately not the full story. Individual Chrysler dealers can still charge whatever they want regardless of MSRP. The first dealer I selected for my order told me that they'd determine the market price when the vehicle was delivered. The only thing that reserving the car through them was going to do for me was give me right of first refusal to pay whatever price they dreamed up. Another Chrysler dealer said they'd sell the car at MSRP if I ran the transaction through them, and they gave me an order sheet with the order number and price written on it. I've since been able to look up my VIN using my last name and order number.
I am glad they brought back 300C nameplate and the logo on the grille was spot on. The interior was a bit of let down 👇 it's not as luxurious as the other export models. It's okay but I would pass on it
55k same as the 1st generation VIPER!
The preview wheels told us we wasn't getting nothing special to the engine nor body style I wish they would have given it a new electric car look. (Use one of those new chrysler/holden bodies on it)Thanks to this all the older model 300srt8's will increase in value I'm keeping my 06 6.1 3hundo all time v8 for sure now just need the 2023 300c badges those and the 8 speed transmission are nice nice
Are those the SRT Core (Australia) wheels? I think it would look classier with the regular/polished (2015-2021) 300 SRT wheels… since the 300C is going for a luxury look.
It does look like SRT core wheels now that you mention it lol, kinda cheesy they did that at least make a new design. i agree with you and I think wheels are the worst part imo
The Wheels (and finish) of this 2023 300C are identical to some of the 300 SRT “Pacer Editions” (based on the Core model), so looks like Chrysler had extra wheels to clear out of the bins… I agree, a 300C deserves nicer wheels.
I wouldn't kick it out of the driveway. If I didn't already have a widebody Challenger, I'd be all over it.
I have a 2013 300s with the hemi and it’s a hard trade to get one. When I purchased my car, the dealer offers a lifetime warranty and I can’t give that up. Coverage like a new car not powertrain. Everything!!! Can’t do it. 😭 my 300 has been a great car. Wish they did this in 2013 in America.
Can not even find any information on the few reserved for Canada lol.
I think they wanted to keep the price down and not 80k
I think it's a nice purchase for 55k
I figured they wouldn't make it a hellcat. It would mean making their hellcat different 300 front bumpers, interior changes, engine, wheels etc
Black trim is for the S, chrome or polished metal is for the C. While I like the car, I would have expected more brightwork, including the wheels, and more exterior colors with a tan or red interior option too. So, can you buy a car in Mexico and drive it back and license?
Hate they are going away. Wonder if they are coming out with a similar line under a different badge.
Thank you God, it’s not a Hellcat but it’s a nice swan song for this beautiful car.
Soooo i have an 21 300s 5.7 swap the eng and rear end and boom same cause all that other stuff is already there.
Had a 2006 300 SRT8. Loved it 👍👍
Most of the people who are crying about it not being a hellcat can't even afford a regular charger r/t
They should’ve did more.
No easy way of ordering it in Canada :(
Well fuck! I was wrong, sure was hoping it was gonna be a hellcat.
CA dealerships are price-gouging regardless of the reservation process.
I’m disappointed, they could’ve at least added a viper style hood orrrrr hear me out maybe a wide body 👀
great. now chrysler will have one minivan in the lineup.
Ppl are complaining, but fail to understand last gen only had the 5spd
Sunroof ?
Nothing mentioned so I’m honestly not sure
TY, in one of the pictures on the chysler website a sliver of a sunroof is shown. I tried to send email to the website but it bounced, they should at least offer a light and a dark interior option, I hate black interiors. Great website, I had a 2008 300 V6 and now have a 2013 300S hemi black with red interior, no option was left behind…..best cars I ever owned !
Observation: It will be interesting to see how the King culture welcomes this 300 versus the charger as in, ownership, stealing. You know.
Come on guys, don’t be so hard on ChryCo. This is the last gasp of the ICE car generation. Low mileage models will fetch big $$ in a few years while you’re charging your electric Charger. It may not be a Hellcat engine, but 500 hp in a baller sedan is admirable . When Hondas are pushing $50 k for Accords and Toyota Camry is running $45k, this is a downright steal.
Hell I may as well drop into 15k mines for a SRT engine and call it a day
The shift dial sucks. I would rather have a steering column mounted shifter. But the car is otherwise nice.
Yeah it’s really a terrible feature, huge 6.4L and you see that shitty dial inside
I LOVE a column shifter.
1:01 that's Khal_SRT's Hellephant powered 300, good shit
Personally they should have made the exterior alot more aggressive looking
If it has the 6.4 L Hemi why didn't they call it the SRT like bruh moment. 😂
I know man I have no clue why they didn’t. 300C again? Definitely missed that opportunity. Shoulda made it more aggressive and had SRT badges everywhere
