Any solutions for deep margin that are fluted??. Ie root concavity or furca exposed.?I find sometimes the teflpn tape. Wedges no matter what kind... aren't large enough mid tooth to adapt the matrix to the furcation
When the concavity is fluted then mylar works better as part of a 2 stage technique.See: instagram.com/p/CXT_-DTlsWJ/

There is little mistake in demo. The outer slot in matrix retainer should be directed towards gingiva (up wards in maxillary, downwards in mandibular)
this is not a mistake. Try it this way we prefer it. It helps produce more flare and is more stable.
