This move follows similar closures from Signature Room and others who just shuttered without warning. Signature Room employees stand to gain back pay soon

Good for them! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 The company's leadership knew they were in trouble and didn't take the right steps, including following WARN law.

Always follow the money. Chances are they weren't making any money. If the property is leased, if the lease has run out, if they are filing for bankruptcy, don't think for one minute there's going to be any money for any former employees. It sounds real bravado to say you file a class action lawsuit but you don't know what the assets are and you don't know about the liabilities. You might just be making people feel good for a short period of time. The only people that win in a class action lawsuit are the lawyers. If I was involved I would have another job by tomorrow.

Exactly, the only winners are money grubbing 539 lawyers
