Unreleased Atari 2600 Games! Five Games That Never Came Out - Did we miss out?

- It's again time to take a look at the games that almost were, but for one reason or another, they just never made it passed that finish line. Sometimes it's best that a game got canceled, but there are times that the world really missed out. Let's see if we were denied some gems. We've got five Atari 2600 games to take a look at today that were never officially released.

So that is what you were playing in the background in your previous video.
I think the Atari 50 collection has a few unreleased games on it. Plus some completely new games, and a few modern redesigns as well.
I've been meaning to check that out; I've heard really great things about it. I will pick that up eventually.
I also thought the Dumbo game looked fun. And I think they should've also had a liquor bottle on one of those balloons that would occasionally come up and, if you touched or shot it, would bring out the pink elephants, just like in the cartoon! Of course, that would be a setback for you, since you wouldn't be able to move or shoot while the balloons (looking like pink elephants) kept on coming up and hitting the line. Maybe had that happen if you switched the difficulty to higher (Remember that switch? I don't think it worked for many games, though).
I love that pink elephant idea! That would have been awesome! As it is now, it’s pretty fun and I recommend that you check it out if you’re able.
The O.G version of "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" was never released but they kept the cover art from it. Notice that they guy with the gun is not in the official release but is in the one you showed.

The cringiest part of my childhood was that I had a confederate battle flag “general lee” birthday cake… had no idea that it represented anything other than Dukes of Hazzard. 😅 😬

I do not have a number one unreleased 2600 game, but I think Shooting Gallery to give the 2600 a second light gun game would have been nice.
Now 5200 and Jaguar, I do have games that are at the top for me. Cloak & Dagger for 5200 and Conan for Jaguar. Maybe Legion of the Undead for Jaguar CD, too.
Eventually I will get to unreleased 5200 and Jaguar games!!! May take a little while... Thanks for watching!
