I just got rid of a Kamandi page that has pretty exquisite Kirby rocks/cliffs going on. Was the main reason I picked it up years ago.
What kinda brush did they use to ink those pages, a house paint brush??

i ordered(and paid for) this title along with the Thor volume directly from IDW on July 6th....they still have not arrived.
at least i can come here and see what i'm missing - it looks great on my 75 inch tv

Cool. Never realized there was a different cover for X-Men #10. That's not what was printed.
looks like those center compositions are actually slightly off center compositions, that is a technique which shows visual discomfort and unease.
Gotta do a vid in that "where monsters dwell" that I sent ya. One of my favorite monster books and I think it's un credited Kirby
In x-men 7, page 9 the eyeline is at knee height
I'm betting Kirby made that one guy look like someone real who the powers that be were concerned would not be so happy with seeing themselves or who would've charged for each use of their likeness. Because that basic face they keep putting can't have been an actual improvement qualitywise, no offense to whoever did it.
Were there fold out pages you missed?
Shouldn't it be 4x bc area is a square function, you double the dimension you get four times the area.
