Teen Titans: You're thinking of Slade Wilson. AKA Deathstroke the Terminator in the comics. He went after Robin because he saw the potential to make him into his successor since they were similar in a lot of ways. He later became Red X.
After that Slade went after Tera because her powers were crazy strong and then he straight up made a deal with an interdimensional demon and went after Raven. Y'know. As you do.

Normal would only be weak to ghost and be super effective agents the bulkiest type rock and steel with ghost as a bonus of resisting fighting and effective on ghosts.
But thinking about it bug and ice could be great.

You got the idea it’s just hard to think on the spot unless you know these types like the back of your hand. But bug and ice would actually be pretty deadly come to think of it but unfortunately the only one I can think of is in SW/SH

You gain a weakness one of which being the most common attack type
honestly i think it would be weak to everything in this case but i could be wrong since bug is one of the stronger types
