The issue for me was projection and longevity. I know they are not oil based, but the ones I tried -albeit gorgeous, are like body sprays. I ordered Byredo Bal D'Afrique, Tom Ford Metallique, Musky Musk (Not a Perfume) and Soleil Blanc de Tom Ford. All, breathtakingly special but are a fleeting moment for my skin and nose.

I love Dossier’s impression of Jo Malone Nectarine Blossom & Honey! I think it’s called Fruity Honey, and It’s actually the longest lasting of all the Dossier perfumes I’ve tried, which is strange because it’s supposed to be a cologne concentration! I was shocked that it lasts on average for about 8-9 hours on me. I’ve also made a sizable dent in my bottle of their YSL Libre impression, Floral Lavender (could last longer though - I only get about 6 hours out of it before it disappears completely)

I am very picky when it comes to perfumes & I didn’t want to waste money & time if I didn’t like the smell 😅 But now that you have given me something to work with I will go with some of these.

My favorite one is the “Gourmand White Flower”, smells really good. “Oriental Lavender”, that one smells good too but not as much as the white flower. “Ambery Saffron” is more of a “mature, going out on date scent” for me & im not going out on dates so it may take me a while to use it & I have to be in the mood to wear it cause it’s strong 😅 “Floral Jasmine” is my least favorite & I want to send it back but not sure about dealing with the hassle. They also don’t really last that long. So just be prepared, I was worried I wasn’t going to like anything, but it was still a “gamble”.☺️
I looove Good Girl by CH. I bought it back in October and it's almost all gone. I don't know if it's because it works really well with my skin chemistry or what but it just disappears into my skin. Sometimes people tell be they can smell me but I'll be sniffing myself like a drug addict sniffing coke and... nothing!
I don't think they do the samples anymore, I've ordered twice and never got any little tiny samples :( but i love them all so much i dont need to return anyway!

The only possible downside to Dossier(that I can foresee) is their bottles. I like my perfume bottles to act as decoration on my dresser and their bottles look so boring, lol.
You can still have other bottles sitting out... I think they’re minimal style bottles are great so that a person’s room decor doesn’t clash and scream “preteen” I think it just depends on the person. I used to sit everything out but now I just view it as clutter. 🤷🏽♀️

They start to just clutter everything up with all those designs and colors...I like a minimalistic style in regards to home decor..I guess for more colorful folks they don't mind it as much..
