Mulcair agreed that the Speaker Fergus showed blatant partisanship when he kicked Pollievre out of the house over “Wacko” after Trudeau called him spineless.
Pretty much everyone who isn’t a Liberal partisan can see that one. The man’s a failure of a Speaker. The fact that he had an *ethics* conviction against him should have been enough to bar him from the post in my opinion.
"The enemy of my enemy can sometimes serve as an ally of convenience." Mulcair wasn't so much agreeing with Poilievre as piling on against Trudeau. That's standard partisan game-playing -- and unlike Poilievre he's smart enough to know better. Mulcair is symptomatic of how the NDP has lost its way. Jagmeet Singh isn't a whole lot better. But at least they're just cynical, not cynical _and_ bonkers, like Poilievre.

For those who don't quite understand what is happening. If u read a report that contains top secret information, u r legally and morally liable if u spill secret information, accidentally or not. By not reading the document and having only a 'cleaned' version shared, u completely remove the accidental part of the equation and u can ask any question you essentially want without foreknowledge if it touches anything that may secret or not. The onus is now on the answer to protect secrecy.
@@TessTearoe-zp5xv what’s he shooting his mouth on about that isn’t real? Every question he asks is based directly off information that has been released. Liberals thinks it’s a crime to ask questions but not a crime when an atrocity is committed. Very logical!

Her opinion is more welcome than your opinion, obviously.
Although I agree espionage should be treated as criminal to the political positions, Canadians deserves to have trust in the person leading the country in the best interest of the entire nation.
Too few can be trusted.
This is an example of reporters being bias. Pierre has explained this several times. Tom explains it to her and she still doesn’t get it and is confusing the public she is supposed to be informing.
She looks like a corrupt little frat girl. Money buys some loyalty, sadly.
He's agreed with PP on multiple occasions.
Pierre Poilievre definitely has my vote, I love common sense, I love Canada 🇨🇦 ❤
Remove the parliament privacy disclosure. Canadians need to know now!!!!!!!
They won't because there are no names besides the one May referred to, who is no longer an MP. This is why the Liberals are so angry with her. Tough titties Libs!
Thanks Tom for explaining!
Tom, you need to get back to leading the NDP. Jagmeet has run the party into the ground. Please for the love of Canada, go back and turn the party around.
The NPD and the Liberals have lost all credibility so no one will be able to do anything for decades to prop them up.
Mulcair ran the NDP into the ground, look at the stats. Jagmeet is trying to pull the numbers back up
The NDP need a popular working class Quebecois leader
Any idea why jagment was banned from India?
@@canadiansfor2A stay out of canadian politics, yankee doodle.
I would back up Poilievre again. Why be held to secrecy if he reads the report.
Because he wants to be PM, and as such should be informed.
This girl seems so surprised
She know who butters her bread
She can't believe in an actual unbiased opinion, it's so foreign to her.
I was surprised too, at the stupidity of his response. Her next question was intelligent.
Mulcair was only offering a suggestion as to how to play politics. He didn't care about Canadians and leaders working together the way they did before Poilievre.
@@vonclod123Mulcair? A very biased opinion.
@@ClarityDetermination They are all biased, but still once in awhile you might hear an honest opinion
Thank you Tom Mulcair for your honesty. I agree with him totally. He needs to have complete control over his position.
Yeah why receive some classified information if you can't talk about it or ask further questions about it.
To be informed.
Looks like he didn't take the bait, eh Democrat?

Tom would not accept a security clearance to read this report so if he were leader he could see who the “ foreign “ agents are because he then would be bound by it?? That is very disappointing! He just lost the last bit of respect I once had for him!! He was my choice for PM back in the day but then he said he would reduce the deficit while increasing spending at the same time! With that stupid statement, he lost my vote! Perhaps he is not nearly as clever as he thinks he is?
This is the worst government I've seen and I'm from the Diefenbaker area, trust me 😢
I'm mid 50s & am appalled by the lack of moral character in all 3 of the parties leaders.
Hey,Dief took a bunch of unemployed coal miners in the 60s and made them stone masons and rebuilt 1/3 of the original Fortress of Louisbourg, the largest reconstruction of a historic site in North America, funny how politicians ALL turn out to be 6 of one and half dozen of the other, old Dief scored points on the east coast for that one, imo no party has a decent leader right now.
Agree destroying Canada 😢
@@peforster6725 Pierre Poilievre has my vote , he's so much smarter then all of them, I love common sense. ❤️ Canada 🙏 🇨🇦
The liberals are leading our country amazingly and the leader of the opposition has never worked so blatantly against the government and Canadians.
Whatever you say about Mad Tom you cannot say that he is unintelligent. And you would think that Marcia would be better prepared.
Pierre is the BEST.
Nah, multi-millionaire Pierre is the worst by far. As minister of "Democratic Reform" he used classic Republican style voter suppression that resulted in 172,000 CDNs not voting in the 2015 election. That alone is disqualifying. Anyone who disenfranchised CDNs out of their most fundamental right in a democracy - is totally unfit to lead!
May comes out and says, “nothing much here” and a few days later Singh comes out and says, “there’s plenty to be extremely concerned about here.” Someone needs to deal with this instead of just passing the buck.
Poilievere for Prime Minister please.
Way to go Tom tell like it is .... I respect you much !
Brilliant move on Poilievre’s part
He only does what Harper instructs him to do. Notice when he gets loud and quiet.
I’m conservative and have the utmost respect for Mr Mulcair, he is one of the smartest and most honest politicians to ever enter into Canadian politics.
Careful you are letting your liberal bias show too much Marcia. It’s not that you can’t figure out why he won’t read the report. You want him to lol
Yes. That's exactly what she and Trudeau and Jughead want, to get Poilievre to read it, and then he won't be able to make it public ! But Poilievre is too smart for that crap. That's why they are trembling in their boots. Way to go Pierre 😊 !
I don't understand how Marcia doesn't understand?
Mulcair agreed that the Speaker Fergus showed blatant partisanship when he kicked Pollievre out of the house over “Wacko” after Trudeau called him spineless.
Pretty much everyone who isn’t a Liberal partisan can see that one. The man’s a failure of a Speaker.
The fact that he had an *ethics* conviction against him should have been enough to bar him from the post in my opinion.
"The enemy of my enemy can sometimes serve as an ally of convenience."
Mulcair wasn't so much agreeing with Poilievre as piling on against Trudeau.
@@bernardkung7306 Yeah, the NDP has and always will such. But you think Trudeau or Singh is better than Pollievre? That is just Wacko.
I don't agree with this guy on much but he has integrity
The presstitute was surprised.
Totally !!!!
Lol she didn’t expect him to say that 😂😂
Might just as well call her "Senator May" now---she's working for it!
So he can ask questions about a subject he was offered the information about.
So he can instead of going to class just keep asking why ir what happened.
Release it to the public amd a judge to see if crimes committed or those quilty not re-elected.
Government leaders should be held to high standards. We have laws if someone steals
Yes it should be released to the public. But if PP reads it, that report will NEVER see the light of day again. PP will no longer be able to advocate for its release. He will no longer be able to pester the liberals to release it. He would essentially be gagged. Why do you think trudeau is so anxious to get PP to read it? That is the only way trudeau can sweep it all under the rug and make scandal #8,935 disappear.
I was never an NDP supporter but I really like Tom Mulcair as a political source!
But shooting your mouth with no knowledge is ok? Seriously
@@TessTearoe-zp5xv Okay? I'm not sure, but it probably means you vote liberal.
@@TessTearoe-zp5xv right, and so at that point it will be up to voters to decide what's acceptable/constructive or not.
@@TessTearoe-zp5xv what’s he shooting his mouth on about that isn’t real? Every question he asks is based directly off information that has been released. Liberals thinks it’s a crime to ask questions but not a crime when an atrocity is committed. Very logical!
@@TessTearoe-zp5xv How self-aware you are!
He finally told the truth about something for a change
We could have had Tom....
I think PP should be more concerned with the Liberal offenders and the level of their offence and be ABLE to act on it! Eventually he will have access to the report if even after the next election and reading those reports now will prohibit him from bringing Justice to those who are acting against Canadian democracy.
Always respected Mulcair did not agree with his politics and would not vote for him but he is decent individual unlike the current clown running the NDP...
Those who have read it, do you see them doing anything about it? No!!
They are now in-the-know and should be charged with aiding and abetting domestic and foreign terrorism.
the conservative party is a foreign pawn, that's why Poivre is silent.

Can’t believe the NDP hung Nulcair out to dry in an election loss. He was the brightest light in Canadian politics.
May is as much a waste of time and money as the Bloc, when it comes to Parliament and federal politics.
If you don't run candidates in all ridings across the country, you can't run any - All or nothing!

Also, PP doesn't have, and either doesn't want to have, or cant get, security clearance. Which in all fairness puts into question how he can do his job as opposition leader. Because he seems to to think his job is just to bluster and fight and literally OPPOSE everything.
That is literally his job. He's the leader of the OPPOSITION.
So you think it's a great idea to agree to have knowledge of grievous harm to this country and be legally, Morally and ethically bound not to reveal it or do anything about it? I guess we know who you vote for.
@@1alayzzia There are mo names in the report anyhow. At least, whichever party I vote for is trying to actually get the business of the country done and not just being no better or cooperative than a f*cking cinder block.
@@kevinthompson7649 oh, so you have security clearance and have read the report? Elizabeth May is a crazy liar when she mentions names in the report?
And this government has run this country into the ground. Twenty five percent of canadians are having a hard time affording food. And this is just the beginning. And by the way I used to vote NDP. I have learned the error of my ways. And though i'm honestly a little weary of PP, I am.
Utterly disgusted by the actions of this government. I can't imagine ever being enticed to vote liberal/ndp again. And I don't know where you get the idea that he doesn't have clearance. If he didn't have clearance he wouldn't have to refuse to read it.
I hope this is cleared up before next election. I want a fair Election for all born and sworn in Canadians not interference from other countries or non "Canadian" vote.
"I would never want to be hamstrung..."
Translation: "I'd rather put partisan maneuvering/advantage ahead of responsible leadership."
Don't the parties have deputy leaders who could provide the official party statement on the issue if the leader reads the report? Wouldn't every party want to know if they have potential problems in the party?
WHAT DON"T YOU GET< IF HE GETS THE SECRET INFO HE CAN"T ACT ON IT .
So to sum it up, anything PP learns directly the NSICOP, he is not allowed to share it since he will be signing an oath of secrecy.
Which is why its better if he investigate and learn those information himself.
