Rockstar 🐞 [bug] that they should fixed. [There] Bug [Their] - PLEASE CRY!

In the video you will see me going inside my agency building and up to my armory room.
When you don't buy that room there is no guy in the chair and when you have bought the room you see a guy sitting in the chair. The video is only little over 2 minutes long and no one is asking you to watch and you can use the fast forward or even click off if you don't like it.
