It is fascinating to watch such a big fish cooking. I do not eat fish but for all the fun I watch. Bincy is never afraid to cook but she is taken aback . Nami is really cute. So nice to sit in open air and eat. Both falks are good.

That's the grandest dinner anyone could enjoy.. it's not just the size of the fish, for which BINCY deserves a BIG salaam...for her patience, for grinding so much of spices in the insufferable heat of a May evening by the flickering light of a kerosene lamp.
The four friends get down to the serious business of frying this huge fish to a crisp.
There is something incredibly special about the ambience created.
It's not just the size of the fish slathered with ginger, garlic and red chillies.....but eating it in the company of good friends, the sublime feeling of togetherness, the peace of a riverside location broken only by the sound of crickets and scampering night creatures, the beautiful star spangled sky....what more can anyone want?
