Believe it or not I'm still using the manual grinder in 2023, similar to what my Dad and Grandfather used, we make about 75-80lbs of Italian Pork Sausage using my grandfathers recipe...I don't want to go electric yet since its part of the tradition and ceremony of grinding it manually...plus it makes the young men work and have to share in the grinding process...I'm amazed how people that we invite to this event look forward to the day....God Bless you all
Awesome grinder. We bought the 1hp as well. Processed seven deer. Jerky, meat sticks, ground meat, summer sausage. Way faster than a hand grinder or a kitchen aid with the grinding attachment. The MEAT 15lb sausage stuffer is a great buy as well. Both units make the job much easier. The company was also very responsive and quickly shipped the units that were ordered on line. Thumbs up!!
Thanks for watching, I just picked up the Hakka Sausage stuffer, hoping to try it out with some breakfast sausage. It is amazing how much easier it is with the right tools/equipment.
Cool machine, looks like it works as well as my '50's Hobart #22; and yes, sausage making/stuffing is a learning process. Summer sausage & breakfast/brat/ size are not too bad, but I've not been able to stuff the small snack size meat sticks.
Good job on the sausage, looks great! Little trick to get the rest of the meat out of the auger…. run a handful ice cubes through it and it will clear it out. Also, was it cold/warm outside? Good to keep that meat, especially pork, cold (almost froze).
The auger housing, auger, dies, and, meat tray look identical to Cabelas Carnivore grinders. Hopefully the Meat! brand grinder doesnt have the same over heating issues that the Cabelas ginders seem to be plagued with - the heat transfers from the motor to tbe auger to the meat. Big price difference between the two. I own the Cabelas version.
Meat company list price on 1 hp was $599.99 w/o the foot pedal,at the Black Friday sale it dropped down to $349.99 w /the foot pedal.I bought mine 7 days b4 the sale an got SCREWED for $225.. Everytime I plug it in I cuss the company that has screwed many of us.But it does grind meat well!Stuff not so well.
Bummer, They definitely have some good Black Friday sales. I was on the fence to buy their 16” vacuum sealer but didn’t pull the trigger until after the Black Friday and ended up paying $50 more. Great products though. Thanks for watching!
I had trouble online also. Then their phone service was down due to a company meeting, so I called back. The young man that I talked to was very helpful. I bought a lot of stuff and received it within five days to the Northwestern border.

Very cool tradition, tried and true!

Thanks for watching. I think I am going to have to get a sausage stuffer machine. But the grinding is second to none.
Great Video. Looking forward to getting one myself.
Thanks for watching. The grinder is a game changer, just made summer sausage this weekend (video coming soon). Let me know when you pull the trigger.
Nice machine! I dont know why they would go with plastic stuffing tubes?
Thanks for watching, yeah not sure. I guess the primary function is the grinder, the stuffer attachments are just an added plus.
Those weren’t tenderloins, just pork loins.
Love this brand of grinder. I use tons of their products. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for watching.

Thanks for watching and for the tips. The meat was very cold, outside was in the 60s. I will try again with the meat nearly frozen.
Great video, how many pounds of meat were you grinding by the way?
About 25 pounds. The grinder works very good and can do a lot of meat quickly.
I just the #32 it’s amazing
I can only imagine, with .5 more horse power, I am sure it is a beast!
@@pimentacomsal it’s amazingggggg
I hope they make a Dual grind #32 so I can hook it up to the 50# mixer.
I wish they had a mixer that hooks to the #22 Grinder. Thanks for watching.
When stuffing the sausage did you use the thin 3-arm plate & remove the grinding plate?
Yes, I did. It was still pretty slow going. I think I will invest in a Sausage Stuffer Machine.

The grinder works great for grinding meat, not the best tool for stuffing. I have bought a sausage stuff since. Thanks for watching.
Wow beautiful view! Where do you live?
Hey, I live in Maricopa, AZ, this was filmed in the beautiful “winter” weather😝. Thanks for watching!

hy haw r you I like this what is the price this I live in pakistan
Thanks for watching, the 1HP grinder is $600 (U.S.) but goes on sale sometimes.

That’s pork loin, not tenderloin.
Thanks, it is easy to mince words when everything is unscripted and filming myself. Thanks for watching.
Very true. Wasn’t trying to be critical, it’d just be a shame if someone ground up pork tenderloins lol
just get to it.
Thanks for the feedback and thanks for watching.
Those are pork loins not tenderloins
Thanks, yeah I got a little mixed up, thanks for watching
That would be pork loins NOT tenderloins friend. Great grinder, terrible stuffer. But all grinders make terrible stuffers IMO.
Yeah, lol, I got a bit mixed up while filming myself unscripted. I bought a stuffer now, huge difference. Thanks for watching.
crappy company cant order from them online or phone WTF, i will go elsewhere
Is it based on where you live or where you are trying to ship too?
I had trouble online also. Then their phone service was down due to a company meeting, so I called back. The young man that I talked to was very helpful. I bought a lot of stuff and received it within five days to the Northwestern border.
