You are amazing! :) I love your videos.
I use sodium bicarbonate as deodorant. It works very well even when I'm excercising.

What do you think about African black soap? I love it as shampoo and body wash.

Coconut oil is actually very comedogenic (clogs pores) for most people and I would not recommend it for the face. It is great for the rest of the body, but not the face. If you have vata type skin (dry ish and small pores) you can get away with using coconut oil on your face more so than a pitta or kapha skin type (oily, larger pore, acne and inflammation prone).

I used coconut oil to remove makeup for a couple years and every 6 months I was getting horrible styes in my eyes! I stopped doing that and so far, the past 2 years I have not had styes. I believe the coconut oil was clogging my sensitive eyelids. But, for other parts of the body - I agree.

Instead of using deodorant I prefer rubbing my underarms with lemon juice or spraying water+salt+lemon juice before shower. It really works for me.

Dry brushing is from europe. Ayurveda uses massage with dry powder, not a dry brush
