      I believe that Melody is guilty
      There’s too much evidence that she shot him in a fit of fury and then put his body on the burnpile

      I believe Melody is Innocent of the murder. Yes, she did have an affair, but I believe the father did also. They lived in the same house and the only one that would be cut off of any money is Scott. A grown man still asking his Daddy for money for everything. And he even lived on the property. If he was in Iraq, I can't believe he was ever Frontline. He had the gun, the ammo and the motive.

      @generallyspeaking850 9 часов назад +8

      Imo she’s guilty and she used the farm equipment to tow his body to the burn pile. Her adrenaline was heightened in and after the murder. Like mothers lifting a car off their child she had super human strength. It’s possible. The phone pings, and her using his credit card afterwards going on a shopping spree. Rusty saying she told him Gary was on the burn pile before anyone found him there. Both prosecution and defense gave great closing arguments. I think she’s guilty but I have been wrong before. I have watched her eyes in court and they’re very telling. I honestly think she knows her goose is cooked. If she’s acquitted she committed the perfect crime and got away with murder. Defense did put reasonable doubt out there trying to save her, so she may get away with it. I will be very surprised that Scott did it. He did show his face today in court when he didn’t have to be there. The daughter that testified for her mother was a no show.

    I noticed another comment about how lucky she was. I thought how quick everyone is to judge her affairs when Gary when she was knee deep in little kids, worked while he was in law school and hosted his law office parties and kept an immaculate house, moved his secretary and had an affair. The secretary grew a conscience once she met Melody! And everybody was ready to believe they stopped even tho they continued to work together?? Altho apparently it was so spectacular the secretary couldnt remember the sex 🤣🤣. So many people think it’s not her money too. She worked very hard for that family.

    Melody must have paid a lot for her attorneys to defend her, as they’re very skilled at sowing doubt in the jurors’ minds. Nonetheless, if I were a juror, I’d find her guilty because she had the motive, means, and opportunity to murder her husband. Still, I worry the verdict could end in acquittal or a hung jury. If that’s the case, I believe that ultimately Gary will receive justice before God, and Melody will face punishment in the final judgment.
