I think I’ve had the same chesty infection bug as you & just a heads up that it has taken 2.5 weeks to feel human again so really take it easy to avoid the two steps forward, one step back scenario. I do love your calendar idea & may just copy that if you don’t mind. Also Mel Robbins is a suggested RUclips video so will check it out. I completely agree that resetting your mindset can make a huge difference. Hope you are feeling better soon but please take it slowly. xxx
Oh poor you Charlie, I do hope that the voice fully returns soon. And poor Santana too - thank goodness she has been in the very best possible hands at Liphook and that her injury was not as severe as first feared.
