I've been following Clear View Driving ever since I failed my first driving test three months ago. I took lessons and watched your videos regularly. I passed my test today. Thank you, Aman, for your valuable lessons that helped me pass my test
@@justhenner2964 I think it can go either way depending on traffic from what Aman said. If you impede someone, make them brake etc, then it's serious. If there's no traffic coming and you recover quickly, then it's a minor.
@@jfergs.3302 maybe we have a different judgment but the car was close enough to feel as if he needed to beep and I can imagine you are breaking or coming to break if you feel it’s necessary to break. But understandable

Experienced Indian in UK here.. my driving test is on February, I have been training for a month now and I had to unlearn so many 'indian driving' practices here. Hope I will get a pass but I wont bet on it 😭
Divya is doing well, especially considering the simplicity of the driving test in India. It would have been interesting to have heard a few sentences from her concerning the differences.
@@aadisankararun8633 its simple. ive seen indian cars with all their dents and fenders falling off. crazy inefficient traffic . its not simple but its simplistically garbage.
Divya did really well. As she said just a few things to brush up on and she will be on her way with a pass! You can do it Divya! Hope to see you in another video again! ❤
I like what you said about puddles. When I walk my dogs, people always splash me. I swear some people enjoy splashing people. I don’t enjoy it as a pedestrian!
4 second distance is crazy - you will have people pull into that zone all the time and then you'll need to build up distance again. Totally impractical!
At 12:26 why she is not marked down for first driving into right hand lane then switched to middle lane why not left hand lane???? Which is normal driving lane?
There are lanes in cities and highways, Not in villages i suppose, Dont know which part of India you drive where they is no such thing as lanes. Ofcourse there is no llane discpline anywhere 😛
Happy 2024 beautiful Aman..love to go on these funny trips with you..its as if we are in the back seat with you and the learners..love love your facials expression thats really funny..girl I'm surprised your car is not wrecked as yet or the gears are not ruins by these learners..stay safe..and do more with your sister too..its the best that we watched over n over..she's funny as you are too.
Divya''s look confident! Be careful to drive to close to the vehicle in front of you. A 4 seconds gap when raining. And a 2 second gap when dried. Stop at the pelican crossing, before the #roundabout. Cross the roundabout, exit to new road. At junction, waiting for a safety gap in the traffic ,before turning, right into new road. good awareness and observation. Well done. 💜
At 10:16 as she has to be on the right side and she waited there is it allowed to switch lanes in driving test? Or its fine to switch it before roundabout? As at 10:16 she is clearly on the left hand side? As its a lot of confusion people get failed because of switching lanes so when is it allowed and how? Any advice please, also at 10:42 looking at the sign board of this roundabout it looks like 4 exit goes towards the Heathrow, where as she took the 3rd exit? Because the exit she takes just before that there is also an exit towards her right side which is the 4th exit??? Can anyone please explain it, thanks
Yes even perfectly fine. The lane she was in was either to carry on around or exit on the right lane off . Which she does . The roundabout part no issues the only part poor was not moving back to the left lane after when safe. You can switch lanes providing its safe but want to try to avoid unnecessarily . Its when changing lanes with no awareness and not checking is the problem . Even when you past your test in a new area you ain't always going to the correct lane. All you simply do is can I change safely yes or no . If no just carry on and work out an alternative route. Saying that I do think learners should learn what to do when the wrong lane is chosen so they understand what's safe to do and not safe
Hope the American girl can be on this sometime this month.😅 Thank you Divya for coming on today. 😊 She will Learn from her mistakes. Onto next video on Wednesday:)

Will never call a female driver in India an experienced one ... because they don't learn and when they commit mistakes they play women card . We actually in india try to avoid driving the car near the women vehicle , harsh but true 😊😊
@@Veztai Where did you get this figure of the majority failing? If this is true, they do have totally different paradigms on driving, so that would be my guess -- but what about the reciprocal, how do UK drivers fair in South Asia?
UK roads are very narrow, the drivers feel from the car hood to the road line as if they are driving over the line, again due to narrow roads also speed limitations, road rules, roundabout rules, it's 360 opposite to any Asian country so it's not true that driving in UK is easy for any Asian, it doesn't mean no one can drive either❤
@@wolverinescratch Most Asian drivers don't even insure/tax their vehicles mate. I've been driving for years and can guarantee the worst drivers on the road are taxi and delivery drivers. Can you can what ethnicity the majority are?
I always Wonder Why they dont check their blindspot before turning left or right. Here in Germany you Need to check your blindspot even before changing the Lanes . Why is ist different in England ?
I’ve also wondered this - Germany, the Netherlands etc all emphasise checking the blind spot before every turn. In the UK, I think you should check your blind spot before changing lanes, but when turning, no one checks it. I think it has something to do with the prevalence of cycle paths in Germany. When turning in Germany, you need to make sure there are no cyclists on your side because they have the priority to go straight ahead. Cycle paths are less common in the UK, and until recently, cyclists on a cycle path almost never had the priority over turning traffic. Instead, cyclists needed to look all around and stop for turning cars at every junction. This is now changing, but in most areas, there aren’t many cycle lanes or cycle paths to worry about, so there is no real need to check.
In India someone checking blind spot like these they say u don't know driving please step out..why all giving a weird look guys just casually see both mirror it's ok right 😂
