People are lazy or what? Yes PDK is faster, but you don't buy a street car for laptimes.

It is sad that we live in a world where people make statements that suggest that a manual gearbox is not standard equipment.....
Agreed with both of you guys. A lot of the people in America think standard means automatic lol. Unfortunately manual cars are dying out, I like to buy them while I can and you should too. They won't be around for as long as we thought they would be

My money is on the fact that for years marketers have been beating ignorant buyers about faster times in automatics while regular road vehicles stopped producing the manual option in cars with higher trim packages. As a result, today a manual is viewed as a slow and economic means of transferring power to the wheels.
I would buy a 3.3 Stinger in a heartbeat, but not having a manual is a complete deal breaker for me. Same reason I will never own any modern Mercedes.
If we have more reviewers point out the non statistical benefits of a manual gearbox, I believe that we will be able to bring them back. These guys did a phenomenal job in this video!
I did a track day in a 997 GT3 last year, they're just the most amazing cars in the world. I since bought a 986 as an introduction to the Porsche brand and it seems that Porsche just make the best cars in the world.

I have a 986S and my buddy bought this exact car as in the video, just in green. It's a spectacular car
GT3 Touring is the ultimate as 95% of epic 911R at 40% of current cost ... 500 hp NA manual 9K rpm !! Best modern road car period
Problem is they're so rare they won't depreciate.
The 911 R is roughly $200k. The GT3 Touring is roughly $150k. I just wanna make sure the numbers are right no?

The hi rev range is why I ride motorcycles! I LOVE winding out the engine theres something special about it.
Now I need $300k at least.
The GT3 of this generation is perfection. They will be difficult to attain with value. I settled on the 991.1 Manual with the 3.8. It does not go to 9k but that flat 6 howl still sounds amazing at 7800!

I've been lucky enough to drive both a manual and a PDK there's pure magic with the manual.
I believe the success of this channel is a direct result of the personality of you both. Not snobby. Good blend of comedy with practical stuff we wanna know about these cars.
You know what Porsches are? They are enablers-they constantly ask you to “go faster, I can handle it!” I’ve had two Porsches, a 987.1 Cayman S and now a 981 Boxster S and that flat 6 near redline is like Mozart! Just phenomenal. Can’t imagine what it’s like to drive a GT3-next level!

This whole video is seriously fun and good. You two are extremely good at what you do and then you add the production values and the 911 GT3 and you get 14+ minutes of excellence. Awesome stuff!
One of my favorite cars ever... I noticed at the end this car had a Porsche of London plate frame, I have a friend that works there. (Also where I live) I'd die to drive this car... What an absolute gem.
This car is amazing, now I don’t test drive cars for a living and the best car I have had driven was no where near this. I did get to drive the automatic version of this car with GTA exotics car tour and by far the best car and most responsive car I have had the pleasure of being in control of.
These intros just keep on getting better and better!

We had an older 2004 Boxster S manual transmission and my wife and I went to drive a new Boxster S and checked out the 911 Carrera 4S as well and surprisingly we both preferred the driving the Boxster! It just felt more fun to the both of us.

Best Porsche ever. An incredible machine. Has such superb road feel. So balanced. Full tilt car. This is high on my list.

Just got mine 4 weeks ago with club sport etc and it truly is phenomenally awesome to drive. The visceral feeling is unbelievable it maoes you a better driver and hitting 180+ kph in 3rd smashing 4th is ridiculous

Speechless. Pure sex. Every line I ever liked in any 911 is on THIS car. My wife (no car crazy) walked in, stopped and said "Orgasmic" and walked out. The sound is ridonkulous. I've started watching videos with titles that i'm not even interested in because I've realized that as long as these guys are producing it you can bet it will be entertaining. I was never big into Porsche as child but man oh man this is one hell a machine for hair lifting experience, I’ve never seen let alone driven this model or any Porsche but from all the reviews I would buy this with a 6 speed manual, the carbon fiber sport bucket seats, and as for the paint and interior I’m not sure about, but I would track it definitely, I can go with either Carbon ceramics or the regular Steel Composite brakes 🤷🏾♂️🤓, last thing this car is worth it’s money imo, you get what you pay for on this one, and I appreciate the timeless 911 look, and I’m not a Porsche guru but I have mad respect for this car and it’s engineers, now I need to make stupid money, ok I’m done 🤷🏾♂️

Looking back from 2024, bothe the N/A and manual lives on. But the GT3 price is still sky-rocketing. The difference is now the new one is even more expensive and selling at hundreds and hundreds of thousands above the msrp now.
