I was inspired by the following three links:
      goatformat.weebly.com/decks.html
      www.formatlibrary.com/goat-deck-gallery/goat-control-deck-gallery
      and the pdf-document:
      docs.google.com/document/d/1NyjFMds1Emt2_j6K8lXLycFSKImNxaczwq_f5ZTa9ic/edit#
The more exotic decks that cannot be found in the above mentioned links I created myself. For this I went through the goat format cardpool over and over again - which is provided by this side: goatformat.weebly.com/card-pool.html - making notes and figuring out new connections between the cards. It cost me a couple of months and a lot of creative thinking for additional approx. 30-40 decks on top of the ones that are highlighted in the links above. I intend on sharing all of them through this channel, because I got inspired by other sources and I want to give some inspiration back to the community :)

I could lose myself trying to understand the ratios of bird face : harpie lady's : elegant egotist and what they optimize. Then you have what hapies to run and how many sisters or sparks.
What's Garuda for? What common situation would he be for?

Garuda is a weaker version of Silpheed and has merely the benefit over silpheed that he gains ATK while hunting ground is up on the field. I think I would replace him though by a third copy of Silpheed. Both are simply there to flood the board and make use of the wind monsters one gathers in the grave.

Wind Spirit is great for getting around a wall you can't with just the harpies. When your opponent ends their turn his affect activates allowing you switch it to attack. I've used it to get around melinum shield without having to use hard removal which I only have one of in the deck. Besides that he's great when you go for all out attack because he can be special summonsed by removing a wind monster, boost from harpies hunting ground and I use harpies pet dragon so tribute fodder for that.

No NOC? Kinda weird. I understand lady 2 deals with flips, but that eats a normal summon and can't get hit with removal. I understand Hunting Ground hits back row, but so much is chain able, you very well may hit a Compulse that just negates your normal summon.
