I hate sales. I LOVE HR. Folks have said to me that channel will grow if I did more sales pitches but I prefer to help other folks take their career to the next level. And the irony is that companies are talking about and considering H1B visas which technically is DEI because its ethic foreigners. Therefore “DEI” is directed at black folks.
@@solarcognac7112 chillle, not considering! I’ve worked for companies who pay for multiple rounds!!! They get denied the first & they pay for the second while knowing there is no guarantee!!! Smh… spend just as much money as they would for an annual salary for a DEI professional 🙄
