- The Legend takes you around Valleyfair Amusement Park in Shakopee Minnesota showing off all the roller coasters, rides, shows, neat areas, interesting food and more that the park has to offer.
I am a Minnesota native and I always loved going to Valleyfair when I was growing up. It is one of the best parks out there.
+SUJUSHINEE BOYFRIENDEXOFAN I moved to sioux falls ( which is about 4 hours away from valley fair ) 4 years ago. I got to go for the first time last year, and this year i get to go opening weekend. I definitely was not disappointed in my new "local park".

I'm from Minnesota too! I only live about 40 minutes away from Valleyfair, so I go there every summer! Even my school goes every year on the last day of school
Really? I personally think Valleyfair is WAY more fun than Nickelodeon. They have more bigger rides at Valleyfair than Nickelodeon.
Nick is good, but VF is much better.

I feel like tourists like Nickelodeon Universe more and natives prefer Valleyfair. We like getting outside while the getting outside is good.
Quit talking bad bout valleyfair food, I find it awesome seeing as I am a native of Minnesota, come here next summer during state fair an see how food is then!

Nice prediction. they put in a 6 slide complex. Very nice. Drop outs. Giant vertical slides. But not in that location. That location got a new much better splash pad.
Disappointing that you didn't get to try Renegade. It's very good for the park. I'm not saying that it's amazing compared to the best rides out there but it's up there with Wild thing so it's a very nice addition to the park.
The other 3 coasters you missed are nothing to write home about.
Too bad you couldn't ride Renegade. That's the best coaster at Valleyfair.
Sally's swing set is my favorite! It's by the planet Snoopy grill but valley fair has good food! Yummy!
Valleyfair from everything I have seen of it is defiantly ranked number 10# on my list of the greatest Cedar Fair parks.

I love valleyfair for what it is, and from what I've heard Cedar Fair is starting to see potential growth in Valleyfair. It is also a very friendly park, sure we could use an invert or a new coaster in general but it has that charm no other cedar fair park have. I love working there, and the employees I work with are great!

You have to go to Valleyfair this year because they have brand new drop water slides at soak city and you didn't get to see the back half of the park

Super bummer that you missed Renegade. It would be worth going back to ride. Tends to be a huge favorite locally and for connoisseurs.

I went to Valley Fair 4 days ago. It's now my 4th favorite amusement park. Wild Thing and Renegade are in my top 15. Renegade is 13 and Wild Thing is 14.

I live like 6-7 miles from valleyfair. It's fun but I wish they removed dinosaurs alive section for new rides plus the dinosaurs alive section is a dead attraction anyways

It's all we got man XD but it has its rides that can be enjoyable, especially if your with a group of friends and just start yelling random words at each other on the ride.

I like the old feel of this park, yea it does not have a lot of thrill rides like cedar point or six flags but you can still have a good time. When Cedar Fair bought this park I think like 15 years ago, that's when they started to add more thrill rides. Their waterpark has one of the best river rapid tube rides ever.

Crystal Bishop This is actually one of the worst cedar fair parks, but its still awesome because its a theme park
It sucks that you weren't able to ride all the others, they are very fun
My prediction is that they put a windseeker in the turn around of Wild Thing, except more like the one at Adventureland that is only 260ft tall and has a smaller gondola.
For the second cedar fair park in the chain (after cedar point) valley fair is small, kings dominion is only one year older and there pretty much another cedar point.
Fun for a few hours but eat before u go there lol its like eating at 5 start restaurant prices
I have the season pass I live in Deer River and I hope you have a lot of fun there too I do forever ago they're mostly everyday I go there mostly every day every time I want make sure you get season pass to find thank you for watching

At Six Flags, the tvs are encased in a metal type of box as compared to how this tv looks at the mouse coaster.
It's the same for here there in weather proof boxes
Predatorocks they dont put cases on the tvs
If the TV doesn't work it's a signal problem not a weather problem
I also look for places to put rides when at parks

molly is right. it is the lowest park in the cedar fair chain. they don't invest money into thrilling attractions. only stupid park expansions. heck its been 10 years since we got a coaster....we are wayyy over due for something anything. that's why im hoping for 17" we finally get a invert.. we are currently the only cedar fair park with out a full circuit invert..and rumors are finally point towards a new coaster .. lets hope and pray.. if they don't... our park is over.....
