Thank you for this video very helpful. I don’t the option of not having passcode. I would just like I d to my colleagues, not a passcode how do I do that. Thank you..
There are always risks associated with ANY technology platform. It is important to understand the capabilities, but also the liabilities and limitations of what technology is able to do, and as a result, hopefully become a safer user of that technology. I think that Zoom can be used safely, but I also think that it requires a commitment to good I.T. security practices, many of which we discuss in the episodes, such as using encryption, and requiring a password to join a meeting. I would also say, that you should be wary of sharing confidential data via a screen share or a file attachment over zoom, as that information may be recorded, and that recording, as we also discuss in the episodes, may not be stored in an area (the cloud) where you have complete control over it, and as a result, others may be able to gain access to it without your knowledge. Finally, I would suggest that you change your Personal Meeting ID often, perhaps every 15 days or so, to avoid it becoming known and available to someone looking to impersonate you, or hijack a meeting. We do discuss how to do this as well in the episodes.
According to Zoom documentation: "All plans allow up to 100 participants by default in every meeting (up to 500 with Large Meeting add-on). You can host an unlimited number of meetings but if you would like to have more than one meeting concurrently, you will need additional host licenses." Sorry but it seems impossible at the moment to host that many people in one meeting.

I have no "edit this meeting" button in my personal meeting room tab.
Is zoom still safe? There’s lots of news going around about it.

That’s very good advice. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
Please can I have a tutorial on how to set a zoom meeting for 4000 participants? Thank you
