Yeah are friends and Brody grew up idolizing rudinger. I think Brody has taken lessons with Alex too but he has taken a lot from Alex with his setup and the way he plays but imo Brody is better overall. Rudinger is a great metal drummer but Brody can play all different styles.
Also this new Invent Animate album Heavener is so damn good. Love their past 2 instrumental albums Greyview and Stillworld the most though. Hope they release an instrumental version of this album soon.
