Just bought one of these, but a 2010. I love it! I was looking for something less boxy than my Pilot, a lower profile than a CR-V, while looking sporty and sleek like a Civic, and with more space than my previous car, an Accord. Found a great combination of all four with the Crosstour. Plus, it makes it possible to have a car with all the bells and whistles without breaking the bank. The only drawbacks are the not quite ideal gas mileage (V6 engine, but I'll take the trade-off), and the back window. However, as long as you don't drive like it's an F1 race, and you tilt your side mirrors out, to eliminate blind spots, you'll be just fine.
You all probably dont care at all but does anybody know of a way to log back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly lost my password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me
@Noah Wilder Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site thru google and Im trying it out atm. Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I've had my Honda Accord Crosstour since the end of Nov 2012. Bought used with only 12200 miles on the odometer. I was initially a little worried about the narrow viewing out the back window, but have gotten used to it and don't mind it at all. The side and rearview mirrors make up for it's lack. If you have a rear view camera, your back up viewing is exceptional! I am loving this car. It's roomy, comfortable and fun to drive! 2011 Honda Accord Crosstour EX-L W/NAV 4WD Opal Sage Black Interior
i went to my local dealership to see the 2013 model (no accord name) ACTUALLY.. this car is pretty awesome in person.. id buy a car like this and wont be ashamed.. btw, the interior of the 2013 is soo much better quality and nice looking.
Literally that's my car color and everything. I bought it certified used. I still own it and I love it though it is worn down, it has 123k miles. I wish they didn't stop making these cars as I would like to upgrade to a new one
Two things about this car. 1) People saying it's ugly have forgotten about the Pontiac Aztek, and 2) It's FWD in normal driving conditions, but in snow, rain, on ice etc, if it senses the front wheels slipping, it activates the rear wheels..
+Jake M "It's FWD in normal driving conditions, but in snow, rain, on ice etc, if it senses the front wheels slipping, it activates the rear wheels.." That's What awd is
+Snowflake Productions no... awd is all 4 tires working all the time like a subaru. basic 4wd is usually 1 front tire and 1 back working and it adjusts power to other side when it senses slipping. 4wd on crosstour is fwd until slipping then transfers some to back and adjusts side to side as needed
When Honda claims a car/suv as 4WD, it doesn't mean you get out and turn the locks on the wheels or push the button. It is full time FWD. Rear wheels are applied power under certain circumstances. Normal driving constitutes FWD.
@varunjaitly360 The ZDX is actually more closely related to the MDX. Even though the Pilot, Odyssey, MDX and ZDX all share the Accord platform, the ZDX was made more for a celebration of the brand to give people a flash alternative to the norm... like the X6 in BMWs line up. I think the CrossTour was a way to bring a station wagon alternative to the Accord for the US market. That being said, likening it to a station wagon explains its appeal... not for everyone, but someone's gotta like it.
I'm thinking about getting one too. Although I keep hearing about it having too little visibility out of the back window. Have you had a similar issue? Thanks in advance for responding!
Buddy got a used crosstour as a grad present from his parents. Showed up at the prom thinking he was the coolest. got his ass kicked, and then drove his car home into a pole.

I am a hobby car designer, and I have to say that while the proportions are - lets say "uncoventional", the plastic spoilers on the bonnet and on the windows are a NO GO in modern good car designing! I personally think that Hondas sharp design language absolutely does not fit this curvaceous or "fat" body. A closest example of how it should look like is probably the BMW X6.

@Noah Wilder it worked and I finally got access to my account again. Im so happy:D
Thanks so much, you really help me out!
@Jayceon Cohen happy to help :D
This car is a beautiful car and Honda has had that key since 2002, i like how they are keeping it simple
Just bought one today for my wife...rides nice!
Thanks for the video!

You know I really appreciate your old work like these reviews. You have a vast collection and I know I can trust your videos! Thanks
I have always wanted one of these! They are the best! I'm going to keep my Camry for a bit then get one of these! :)
I love the Crosstour also! It's like an Accord wagon, but looks like an SUV.
+aquateen77723 I always have loved it ever since it came out I am looking to get one
+Bad Drivers Of South Carolina / Lucas LeGrand You might want to get one soon, they are going away after 2016
+Snowflake Productions . I know. I found out a couple months ago that they're being discontinued because they are not selling a lot of them.
Same here
My everyday vehicle! Amazing video Kyle.
Hated this car with a burning passion at first... then I tried one out for a few days, and it's completely grown on me.
I love that beeping sound
i went to my local dealership to see the 2013 model (no accord name) ACTUALLY.. this car is pretty awesome in person.. id buy a car like this and wont be ashamed.. btw, the interior of the 2013 is soo much better quality and nice looking.

Patiently waiting for the 2020 ....🧘🏾♀️🌻🧘🏾♀️
This will be my first car when I turn 16-17
HA Gayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
Why is the accord a guy?
Great video as always Kyle!

Kyle, you said a leather shift boot but I think you meant to say a leather shift knob. Hopefully he sees this. Great work as always
"you can't really place it into a segment... basically it's a larger Accord... with hatchback"
One word: WAGON
Or just call it a hatch batch?
Dickbutt
Ummmm no. Hatchbacks are smaller like the civic. If it larger its a minivan. Inbetween its a wagon.
You can buy Accord Wagon in Europe and trust me ... Accord Wagon and Crosstour are two different looking cars 😏
The front headlight remind me of the acura tsx
They probably are
Thanks for this one kyle! :D
Very nice Mr Kyle!
love those engines. bullet proof.
1:24 Could you please tell me where on the dashboard the Honda Accord Crosstour 4WD shift light illuminates?
on every car i watch he is on it and ive been looking at some from different states
I need this cause I am 6'2 cause the car I have I have to sit back. I like driving sitting up I drive a 2008 Ford Taurus
Did you get this vehicle
I can't decide if i like this or not, one second i love it the next not so much.. And boy is it expensive 30-40k is a lot of money
5 years later you can pick one up for 10-15k with less than 50k miles. Ahhhhhh good ole depreciation

Was thinking of this... But alongside 2 other options.
2013 HONDA CROSSTOUR
2010 ACURA ZDX
2010 INFINITI FX35
I have the same model for almost 4 years now and I really don’t know yet if the engine is direct injection or port Injection ? Thanks for the review
It's not that bad actually in my opinion. At 5'11, I can see well; though, I've heard of complaints from shorter drivers.
What is that black plastic thing at the front of the hood ? We almost never see that in Europe.
These sport back designs fill a niche that doesn't need filling.
Great review as usual Kyle, but I've never heard a car that has fans that turn on and off so often...
I was about to watch the whole preview, but then I saw the rare of the vehicle and I paused the video.
Basically a Subaru Outback without head gasket problems
What head gasket problems does it have?
At 5:02 you said "it is front wheel drive" but the Crosstour as you said earlier is 4WD and it is also in the title.
Finally, a sunroof that isn't slow as crap.
It's pretty much an Honda Allroad with a Porsche Panamera rear end.
Yeesssss
I love Crosstours
Odd that this crossover hasnt got a remote trunk release on the keyfob, and this is an EX-L, my 2003 Accord LX has it!
it would be cool and maybe funny if you do a full in depth tour of an 18 wheeler! hahah a kenworth, peterbilt, or a international haha
Very nice car
the 2008-present Honda Accord Crosstour is assembled in
East Liberty, Ohio
I can sit in a parking lot blindfolded, and know that its a honda just by hearing that cooling can :)
It has an option of 4WD. Unless you select 4WD it will remain front wheel drive so it can conserve gas. 4WD when you don't need it is a waste of fuel.
can u do a review of the bugatti veyron
@Goldenrod636 station wagon?? it looks like a crossover liftback to me
For me is the honda crosstour is like the rival of the subaru outback.
That is a nice Honda, looks really roomy and runs on reg grade gas also
that's a plus today.
It is front-wheel-drive, when the PCM recognizes that the fronts are slipping the rear wheels will kick in...
Can you do a tour if a Toyota MR2?
@HyperbirdF6 We have the euro accord its the Acura TSX
is the A/C on or does the engine just normally make that much noise ?
show me the 2012 camry~ LOL!!! good job kyle...
I, for one, like this car.
Wouldn't go to any other you tube channel for car info.
on the engine tour you said it is font wheel drive, the crosstour is 4wd
Mine doesn't have the backup camera 😭😭😭😭
I love the look of the accord coupe, the crosstour, not so much
@ 5:01 you said it was front wheel drive.
I love all your videos! But this one seemed a bit rushed :(
Can you do the Ferrari California?
Do they make Manual transmission Crosstours?I'll stay with my CB7's (90-93) but just wondering.
No
No under the hood or lets see how she sounds?
what song is playing on the radio at 7:16 ?
@drewlwsn
saabkyle is the original, not GrandPrixGTP.
I love US-spec cars :D
@YiJustin558 so many other manufacturers use dohc already like KIA and hyundai. it shuold be standard imo.
so finally you changed the presentation: you said "hey GUYS how is it going?" instead of "hey EVERYBODY how is it going?"
Its not mini van, its not an suv built on a truck frame, but its roomy like either or! and its prolly more fun to drive than a bot an suv and van
Cant find those door guards anywhere
Buddy got a used crosstour as a grad present from his parents. Showed up at the prom thinking he was the coolest. got his ass kicked, and then drove his car home into a pole.
That sucks. :/
@@glamrockfreddysballs sucks for the car
@water892 This car is not very attractive but i see positive points about it
Hey everybody how's it going
Today, I bring you the __________
And this is gonna be a full in depth tour of the ________
We'll start it up, go over performance data aswell as a bunch of features in the interior as well as the exterior
And today, I'm in _____________ in ________, North Carolina
And without futher ado
Easy to say what comes next
I like the 2018 accord
@SaabKyle04 please do a honda odyssey or the toyota sienna
nice car
@ThatCheetosGuy79 @bnjw12 Yes it can, search for the videos, try "crosstour off-road"
It looks like the Acura ZDX. Although the ZDX is slightly shorter.
WHY do people always say bad things about honda they are a good company and last WAY longer than american cars and maybe they arent as good as german cars but they still are not that bad
It honestly reminded me of a citroen c6. Idk if anyone else know about citroen
Nice
can you do an Audi Q5?
@awesomerandomninja I know i said PRNDL cause thats how the gears was organized. We all know its a shifter..
1:41

I've never seen of those cars before.
@nikovarvaras you'd think he would ,he's considering buying that car for himself
Why this engine systematically roar??
he done a Mack but another one would be awesome
@water892 The reason they say bad things about Honda is because they are not what they used to be. I know this firsthand.
Only things it needs is push start and push buttons to select drive, park etc
joshe bernadel Push buttons to select gears? Are you that lazy?
@8747800
He's already done a 2003 Mack Vision...
All was good until I saw the rear end of the car. O_O
@Quelz4unme AC, but it does have pretty bad road noise, like most hondas.
nice
@MrCarz09 Yeah, it's a good thing. Most german cars do though.
PEOPLE cut it down on the criticism
