The house is very beautiful but no one lives there

Unexpectedly, this beautiful house has been abandoned for nearly 2 years, no one cares or pays attention, right in the middle of town and I intend to clean it up so the homeless can stay there. I'm not afraid, but on cold rainy days, I really hope the government creates conditions so that these abandoned places can be used as shelter for homeless people.
