Within 1 day I cleared the ENTIRE horrible mess off the sidewalk and this is what happened!
The sidewalk corridor for pedestrians is overgrown with weeds covering the entire sidewalk. Worse still, someone has taken advantage of the overgrown sidewalk to litter. No one cares to clean this sidewalk. It really haunts me. My friend and I spent a day manually cleaning this sidewalk. Pulling out the weeds, collecting the trash and sweeping the ground to restore the sidewalk to a fresh beauty. The people here were nothing but surprised when they saw us clean it up. I hope that they will be more aware of protecting the environment. The authorities and all the people should work together to protect the environment.
