Check and see if it grows in your area. People often use it for landscaping and don't realize it's edible :)

Great ‘how to’ for beauty berry! Thank you 😊 I’m actually making it now watching your video 👍🏼
Question: after you strained it (after boiling the berries) you said ?keep boiling until you have 4 cups of juice? So does that mean that if I have more than 4 cups of the prepared/strained juice/liquid that I need to keep reducing it until there’s only 4 cups of liquid left?? Or can I just use 4 cups and maybe use the extra for a tea or whatever. Please clarify since I don’t want to waste the prepared juice after boiling for 20 mins and straining. Thank you 🙏🏽 BTW-Awesome huge batch you made 🤩 Great gifts too!

I'm glad you like the video! You want to reduce it down till you have 4 cups of liquid left total. Really concentrate the flavor. Also, I just made jam again last week and I added an extra half a packet of pectin to the batch (so about 4 1/2 tablespoons total) and it thickened up better than last year! Good luck!

Thanks!! This batch is way too thin…and I sorta thought I should’ve used more pectin so that tip is great 👍🏽 I will ‘fix’ it tomorrow with a trick I learned from The Unpretentious Kitchen RUclips channel which will save this whole batch 🎉 Enjoying your videos 😊 🙏🏽

    Thank you for your video.
This is " jelly", not Jam.
Theres a big difference between the 2.
    God bless

I'm glad you liked it! You are 100% correct about it being Jelly. I got used to calling it jam when I first started making it and then kept calling it jam even after I knew better. 😅
