This paradox of holding two thoughts or two opposing emotions, can obviously be a true game changer, producing positive internal chemical supply, necessary for positive growth and glow-up. I like the synergy we pass back and forth🌟❤🌟.
An always happy feeling creates a false sense of comfort. Embracing disappointment and failure fosters motivation for improvement. I'm always working to improve in many areas. It's important to train yourself to get out of your comfort zone.
There's a saying, 'Do something that scares you every day'. This is basically what you're detailing here. A better way to phrase it is; push yourself out of your comfort zone at some point every day. As you say, this builds confidence which is basically the opposite of anxiety. You teach yourself that you're not just a victim that's being carried along in the tide, but rather someone who can chart their own course through the currents. We cannot control the winds, but we can adjust our sails.
This is taking responsibility for failures. First, one must recognize them, and then, by volunteering, take responsibility for them. A ball must first hit the ground before it bounces back up. Yeah, I would say negative emotions are information. Sometimes it’s just discomfort that you need to avoid. Other times, and this is what I would watch out for, it’s indicating that you’re on the edge of burnout or under-rested and is a signal that you need to correct that. It can also be a gut feeling that you need to pay attention to. Tldr emotional awareness and knowing what to do in a given scenario based on those feelings
Very interesting perspective. Around age 40, I got tired of being fired or laid off from jobs, generally because I was overperforming and my employers did not want to pay me more money. I started a LAWN MOWING BUSINESS. That is just about the most miserable type of work a person can do. But I CHOSE TO DO IT. It was MINE. I owned it. I had to do WHATEVER IT TOOK, no matter how nasty the work was or how tired I was. I had the business for 30 years and my 5 sons all grew up doing difficult, manly work with me. We spent a tremendous amount of time together and now all 5 are very successful in their jobs and businesses.
It's actually the other way around, careless and rude people do succeed. Even more so if they can act as if they are happy when needed, in presence of other people. Of course there are exceptions to any rule, but on average, this is sadly the way it works...
This is a great mindset shift. This can still be incorporated into manifestation principles, which is a relief. :) Thanks, Olesya. Very strong advice, thank you. I am used to choose to feel good, but I did not think about that simple opposite.
Great content. For many years I’ve been calling it “healthy discomfort.” Thank you for your time and videos.
Like Mom’s “reverse psychology”. :-)

The "Anti Psychologist".. love it.
Actually, this is true psychology and not the pseudopsychology most people are suckered into by marketing.
We should embrace those Negative emotions and use them to our advantage

Success is just a temporary evil and creates rude and careless people.
