thank you for this video!
No. Unconditional love shouldn't be anyone's objective. It's making an atmosphere of bizarre emotional entitlement. And this idea of 'it has to start somewhere has profound implications. Is its source of a human origin? It all sounds like a messy dead end.
I was anxious, but then it saw you and everything went back to normal.... Even better than normal:D
Learn to love living on the plateau
I don't think "getting better at noticing progress" is a strong motivator: deciding to become a faithful servant to the man you will be tomorrow is better.
Everything have their own "pair", to embraces "problems" with good intention will drive our mental resilience and nurture our ego toward reality (chaos), problems is just reality, we simply interact constantly with chaos it self... Good advice... 😁👍
💯💯💯🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
That is a very interesting analysis.
Thanks ❤❤❤
🔥🔥🔥
You’re onto something here.
Good advice, what about resentment because of BETRAYAL??? the worst kind.. Good advice tho Thank you ~M
I started eating veggies and drinking more water last week, and not coincidentally kidney stones aided this decision lol
That is somewhat a fallacy of a false dichotomy. There are innumerable ways to do this. I paused where you recommended, and thought that I could constantly reform the candles by scraping the wax out and using the matches to heat and reapply the wax to craft new candle bowl shapes until all the wax evaporated without any spillage on the table. I also considered building a circle of of tacks pinned to the table to hold matches and tacks in a pile, then placing the candle on top such that the wax would never spill onto the table itself.
Thanks ❤❤❤awesome 🔥🔥🔥🔥
And what's your thoughts on retrocausality??? They teach that at Harvard?
Also, what's your thoughts on -modern society -project mockingbird -stockholm syndrome -social media and its negative impacts and purposeful manipulation -gaslighting by the former -the overuse of psych meds for multiple bad reasons -the allowing of such by "doctors" -a completely medicated society -a completely clueless society -purposeful social distancing -purposeful isolation -division being sowed from every angle -Truth, when searched is hard to find -history is being erased and re-written -nobody cares -work, eat, sleep -cognitive dissonance -cognitive dissonance -cognitive dissonance And Harvard, and every lesser university is now an ABSOLUTE JOKE... SO, curious your opinion on all this stuff... Thank You ~Michael
Pointless, unnecessary, too late and a dollar short.... drivel... Sorry truth This whole thing here on YT is an absolute joke Hasn't helped a single person Harvard is now a joke.... Make sense yet?
This is as much as a joke as Harvards president
Why do all my comments get erased?
You become what you focus on…
What's your thoughts on good and evil? Tell me all your thoughts on God... Does your profession even allow you to do so? ~M
Noone else can do it faster... So tired of the cognitive dissonance and willful ignorance... Why do comments with extremely valid questions get deleted?
❤❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥
uh.. just don't light the candle.
I need to focus on one main goal of mine and break it down into several achievable tasks
I’m back in Parasympathetic fight or flight kinda mode
Yeaup and that’s why even as of right now I feel so stressed out , burnt out , and keep procrastinating because the clutter of all these goals and things that I want is keeping me in a self defeating rut . Smh
Thank you.. happy new year 25🎉
Filling in the gaps and holes in my psyche is my primary focus for 2025. Happy New Year ❤.
Same here 🙌
Happy New Year
SO true - but you need to have a *clear goal* that's in sync with your values first. Then formulate a plan consisting of actionable steps and a reasonable timeframe. All that's left to do then is consistantly showing up to keep chipping away and sit down every so often to evaluate your progress. ✨💪🏼🌱
Hearing this put together makes so much sense. As if it’s an obvious thing. Yet I never really noticed it.
🤗🥰😘😝👍
cool, thanks.
Very interesting perspective. Around age 40, I got tired of being fired or laid off from jobs, generally because I was overperforming and my employers did not want to pay me more money. I started a LAWN MOWING BUSINESS. That is just about the most miserable type of work a person can do. But I CHOSE TO DO IT. It was MINE. I owned it. I had to do WHATEVER IT TOOK, no matter how nasty the work was or how tired I was. I had the business for 30 years and my 5 sons all grew up doing difficult, manly work with me. We spent a tremendous amount of time together and now all 5 are very successful in their jobs and businesses.
I can think of around a hundred million things worse than lawn care. Hell, I know 2 guys who love it.
@@themacocko6311 I am also a stone mason. That's worse.
There's a saying, 'Do something that scares you every day'. This is basically what you're detailing here. A better way to phrase it is; push yourself out of your comfort zone at some point every day. As you say, this builds confidence which is basically the opposite of anxiety. You teach yourself that you're not just a victim that's being carried along in the tide, but rather someone who can chart their own course through the currents. We cannot control the winds, but we can adjust our sails.
what are you talking about? how can you feel bad and be successful?
Yeah, I would say negative emotions are information. Sometimes it’s just discomfort that you need to avoid. Other times, and this is what I would watch out for, it’s indicating that you’re on the edge of burnout or under-rested and is a signal that you need to correct that. It can also be a gut feeling that you need to pay attention to. Tldr emotional awareness and knowing what to do in a given scenario based on those feelings
🥰
I wanna read a book about this subject.. how the hell do I get my mind to cooperate and work with me?!
Nope.
🤔
That's pretty much what I thought of at the start of the video, except the melting the wax part to hold it, as I figured it would melt soon enough and hold it in place if it was level and steady to start with. I guess that officially makes me Crazy or Creative... Or both!
Wo, what a profound insight for me, I tend to try and drown it out
Very strong advice, thank you. I am used to choose to feel good, but I did not think about that simple opposite.
The moral of the story is, never get boxed in or you might burn your dwelling and yourself down. Haha.⭐❤⭐.
The reality is, it is an insufficient solution over all. The chance of burning down your house or dwelling is significantly increased. Not willing to risk life or property for a cheesy experiment. Signed, with love❤.
This paradox of holding two thoughts or two opposing emotions, can obviously be a true game changer, producing positive internal chemical supply, necessary for positive growth and glow-up. I like the synergy we pass back and forth🌟❤🌟.
Interesting.
This is taking responsibility for failures. First, one must recognize them, and then, by volunteering, take responsibility for them. A ball must first hit the ground before it bounces back up.
