yup. 6 USD is for 2-3 days for me here in jakarta, indonesia. if you can cook.
Edit: even a pack of indomie instant noodle, is just under 1USD. You can buy 2 or 3 packs depends on your region there. And it's enough for 2 days food. Of course you eat the noodles with some ingredients as well. Meat veg, egg..

I mean back home here in the US, if I were to go on a trip to another city, I would expect to spend upwards of $200 a day if I’m including an airbnb stay.
Usually people expect vacation expenses to be higher than normal expenses, so if $32 is a lot then sign me up to visit Vietnam.

But let’s be honest, it’s not like it’d be the first time big pharmaceutical/other types of multinationals have used non-Western countries as test guinea pigs, or sold products they knew were of a poor standard and/or toxic to humans that can’t be sold in Western countries - even though they’ve got a long history of doing the same here too lol.

What J&J actually got sued for was that their packaging doesn't have a warning on it that says their product might have cancer causing agents. That's how the women got a lot of money out of the situation
