8:00 Squat Everyday
29:30 Jerk Technique
11:40 starts talking krushka
Tiger Crooks thanks
Has anyone shared a similar experience with deadlifting? I've gone through phases of squatting every day, and can share some of the same feelings Max expresses around the 22:00 mark... Obviously not to the same skill level as Max and some of these notorious International weightlifters he's trained with, However I can attest to heavy squatting everyday as a method that worked for my body type. Anyway, I've got an athletic history of quad dominated sports and really have a lagging deadlift in which I'd like to improve and wonder if anyone here has experienced deadlifting very frequently with high intensity? Any feedback would be great.
I know this is old but as someone who also has a deadlift that lags behind the squat I can share some of my experience.
What helped me finally make progress after a long time without a deadlift PR wasn't deadlifting at a huge frequency, but doing a lot more hamstring work at high frequency. Lots of coaches will argue deadlifting is too taxing to be done super often and I personally felt this was true (I'm no coach though). Overloading the hamstring extension pattern, doing Nordic curls with long eccentric phases, and slow hamstring curls all helped me develop raw hamstring strength and it carried over well to my deadlift.
Max is a guy who you can tell fucking loves Weightlifting.
You probably dont give a shit but does anybody know a method to log back into an Instagram account?
I stupidly forgot the login password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me
@Deandre Robert Instablaster ;)
I stared squatting almost everyday recently. I squat to a heavy single one day then 20reps the next day adding 5lbs every other day on the 20’s. I’ve seen a 50lb or in 30 days. What are your thoughts on this. Should I keep going. Everything feels great. Just wanted to hear your thoughts thank you!
Update?
I️ saw Max in Emeryville, Ca with his son. I️ wanted to walk up to him to say hi, and ask him for his autograph, but I️ figured it would be weird. He’s short. I️ thought he would really be a lot taller.
Darth vader nothing in any of his videos has shown him to be tall
RIP Naim
Max Aita!? Hell yeah!
Haven’t watched this show in years but you guys getting all the Juggernaut Training people on has pulled me back in.
Adam Bean same here haven’t watched since CTP left but these last few have been really good
I love the show guys but a bit of feedback I don't think the whole bit at the start and finish when you each go round and go through what you liked etc... really works. It feels a too set up, its much better when you just go with it a bit more.
Rest in peace Naim 😞
Who is behind the camera now?
I am
I never warm up and go right to my max lift every time
@tzarbg123 welll unless youre a super athlete who can self regulate, maxing out without warmups is gonna get you fucked up
If your body is ok with it and you have a long training history, why not.
14:27 "that was the primary impotence " think he meant impetus, funny to hear. Great interview.
I really like the small changes you did with the potcasts, like mentioning a few guidance topics in the beginning you guys wanna talk about. Its a little more structured lately and I like that! Keep up the amazing work, still the best potcast out there for fitness and health :) from Germany Tim
i have a tree like that

You say that Bulgaria hates Russia? You don't know shit about Bulgaria! The rest of the things you say are ok though.
which is not surprising, none of them had even heard of the Russian-Turkish war of 1877-78
Holy crap this is sweeeeet
coolest dude ever!
Oh man, I've been loving these podcasts. Please please please get Mark Rippetoe on!! That would be epic!!
that's what makes it interesting!
“Strong people are harder to kill than weak people and more useful in general.” Hilarious quotes from Rippetoe.
Lots of hate for Rippetoe.
He will just say anyone who doesn't agree with him is an idiot.
Hip Drahve
what is the name of the book that max is mention on 25:40?
Im wondering the same thing?
weightlifting technique triad. available on juggernaut website
so where's the part where they talk about squatting 8 times a day? like in the title..
10 minutes in.
So informational, love this podcast. Thank you guys!
Without optimal recovery this will lead to injury
graiant this is only for steroid users
And people with good genetics
Max never mentions what type and how much steroid he took to get these gains
You can find examples of Bulgarian cycles online. They’re pretty basic
Yeah I really wish they’d have talked about it, I wondered myself.
Steroids are illegal in the USA so he probably won't talk about his use. Most users don't talk about it.
He doesn't look like he's on the juice!
