I also got diagnosed with ADHD and autism, only at 42. Your videos feel very calming. I know I have time but it feels good to have that validated 💚 I am interested in hearing your diagnosis story. I'd understand if it is too intimate to share on the internet though.
Hello my lovely - sorry for such a slow response, you know how it be 🫠 yes, I have shared my story previously but I didn’t do it to the standard I’d like, so perhaps I will refilm it this month if it would be useful 💛 How have you found the journey post diagnosis so far?
@@demiaspeywriter Oh it would be lovely if you'd refilm your diagnosis story! 🌸 I browsed your videos but probably overlooked it. Diagnoses really helped me. I don't know how to better describe it than that all the gears fell to their places finally and life makes sense now. I turned my life around and I am aiming for much better future now 😊
Burnout is real for sure. And in our fast paced society, it happens more than it should. Stress, societal expectations of others that are put on us, misplaced expectations that we put on ourselves, just doing way too much without giving ourselves time to rest. Among other things. There's a lot that contributes to this. It is good to be aware of it, and then take steps to prevent it, or take steps to recover from it.
It always leads me back to listening to Vienna by Billy Joel on repeat! 😅 But you’re right. When the joy is gone, when you’re hating waking up or when nothing you do makes you feel fulfilled, it’s time to take a step back and reassess 💛
I could sit and listen to you all day. You are so inspirational. Please keep moving forward. Your fan😊
@@Builder_T ahhh I really needed this - thank you so much for being so wonderful!
