Thanks man. I had no clue how to go about doing this and called the dealer. Luckily I stumbled across your video and realized I just needed to pull on that plastic piece a little bit harder (was originally scared it was going to break). You basically saved me around $800. 🥳 Wish I could buy you a beer or 20!!!
I've bought two sets of the cheap replacements over the last couple of years. They looked fine, better than the stocks, but condensation claimed both sets. I put the stocks back in until I just purchased the Morimoto XB amber drl's. They are awful expensive but well worth it. No more cheapo's for me. That condensation looks horrible, and it freezes. Hope you have better luck ofcoarse. Love the big "Toys"
thanks for the video. did you have any issues installing the washer onto the new ones? we werent able to see how you installed on the new ones. or any mentions of problems
The washers are a part of the lower plastic piece and not the headlight assembly. If i remember correctly, everything just clipped together. My washers don't work anyway!
Have you stopped getting flashed by oncoming drivers since installing the Sylvania ZXEs? While I enjoy the brightness of my LED bulbs, I’m kinda getting tired of getting flashed when my high beams are NOT on!
I do run LED bulbs in all my daily drivers now; I was replacing my bright Sylvania Sliverstar Ultra's more than once a year due to their shortened life span. The regular Silverstar's would last about twice as long, but were much dimmer--never tried the zXe's, very curious to see how these last for you! (And yes, I had to adjust them a little lower.)

Thank you, I looked up assemblies for my 2002 Camry XLE V6 and They have everything I need when I get ready to do it.
Looks good as well.
@@OldeCarrGuy I agree your truck looks great 👍

thanks for your insight. did you have hyper flash with your new headlights, if not how did your fix...?
I didn't have hyper flash at any time. There was nothing to fix.
How are these headlights holding up?
I’ve since sold the rig, but no complaints from the new owner!
@@OldeCarrGuy Great, just ordered the headlights and will install in my 2014 Sequioa. Thanks again!

No flashes!
Thanks for replying and also for this great video…helped me tremendously when my “simple” bulb replacement took a complex turn!!
How are these holding up 9 months later? My OEM are foggy and I'm done with polishing them up and looking around for a stock look replacement.
I sold this rig a few months back and they still looked good!
@@OldeCarrGuy Thanks! I just ordered them.
Look very similar to the ones I put on my Tacoma. Nice touch!
If nothing else, they look good.
What a difference. It looks awesome.
Right? Thanks Kip
Very helpful tutorial, thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
How are the lights after a year? Faded?
So far So good!
I couldn't adjust mine, they didn't want to get down! Very frustrating 😕
Adjusters must be seized.

Good to know about the longevity of these bulbs. We don't do a pile of night driving so hopefully they'll last a while.
The main problem I've run into over the years with aftermarket lights, the owners seldom if ever re-aim them. Hence the blinding at low.
Exactly. We were out last night doing just that!
Should have made a video! Lol
@@seanpeloza326 Good Idea!
Great video
Thanks!
*Those new headlights are LIT!*
Bright idea eh?
@@OldeCarrGuy *BRILLIANT!*
It appears quite nice.
