The fact that it shines the light straight down on itself could mean you have it assembled wrong. It should never point the light at the lower assembly if it is working correctly but move from one side to the other. JMHO

I think it has some problem with the tilt motor, usually in auto mode the lights point up not towards the base, probably the belt has been fitted wrong although that's not usual...you can only find out with a dmx console when setting pan and tilt in the middle she must be perfectly straight towards the sky, or the floor if she is mounted upside down.
The encoder wheel for the optical sensor is mounted in an offset so the head (tilt) range has an offset as well, due to the false home/start position the head aim in the yoke. it needs a 90 degree ofset I guess.

2:49 just focus on that stopper bolt on the right sight near Ziptied wire(where he he will put heat sync in it after) it is positioned wrong when he was repairing, that's the mistake here 101%
@@PrakashSinghs Often these stop bolts are intended to prevent the head from rotating 360 degrees when the fixture has no voltage. in 37:41 you will see a smaller "stopper" this interrupts the optical sensor so the software knows this is its starting point for the head, then the software will take over which knows how many steps the motor can take before hitting the 2 end stoppers.
There is indeed a way that mechanical stoppers are used to determine the starting point. this is often done with shutters, prisms and frost flags. In the somewhat advanced moving lights, these have been replaced by magnetic points and magnetic sensors.

Do not grease timing belt. It does not help in anyway and only collect dust and cause more problem later. Also if petroleum based grease is used, it will actually damage the belt.

Мало того что произошла подмена ещё в самом начале видео (на первых кадрах кнопки были квадратными). Так ещё и собрать правильно не удалось. Градусов, так, на 180 с установкой головы промахнулся... Ну а смазка ремней - это вообще шедевр! 😂😂😂😂😂
Great job. Something isn't quite right about the movement of the head unit though. I believe that you have the limit sensor in the wrong spot. Otherwise fantastic work!!

I'm impressed with this guy's ability to troubleshoot and restore these projectors! He must have a strong background in mechanics & electronics. BTW, I believe these would look better being painted in FLAT black rather than glossy black since the stage lighting fixtures should not stand out and be too noticeable. Thanks for sharing your abilities with us!

O mecanismo de tilt foi montado ao contrário, pois o foco da luz jamais passa por dentro da estrutura.

I don't know how, but you have assembled tilt mechanism wrong... Moving heads should not have possibility to point light output towards itself. At the end, demo mode shows that this one can... And please, DO NOT grease timing belts, it does not help at all and it can cause problems in future.
