Fenugreek - 1 tsp
Steamed All-purpose Flour - 2 Tamlar
Non steamed All-purpose Flour - 1/2 Tamlar
Turmeric Powder - Required Amount
Salt - Required Amount
For Thalichcha Dosa (Ingredients) :
Small Onions - 10 or 15
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Dried Red Chillies - 3
Curry Leaves - Required Amount
For Egg Dosa (Ingredients) :
Egg
Pepper Powder
Salt - Required Amount
For Gingelly Oil Dosa (Ingredients) :
Gingelly Oil - Required Amount
For Ghee Dosa (Ingredients) :
Ghee - Required Amount
For Masala Dosa (Ingredients) :
Potato Masala Curry

அருமை நாங்க கனடாவில் கொதம்ப மா அரிசி பாவிப்பது கூடாது என்பதால( சுகர்,கொலஸ்ரோல்,பிறசறுக்கு கூடாது என்பதால் அட்டாமா றவை ராகிமா குக்கன்மா தான் போடுவது அப்படி இல்லை எண்டா (உழுத்தம்பருப்பு , கடலைபருப்பு ,துவரம் பருப்பு ,பயித்தம்பருப்பு அரிசி ஒரு கப் போட்டு தான் செய்வது )
