Local boy named after Bengals QB Joe Burrow receives special birthday gift

"I figured it would be like stickers or maybe like a little note or something, but then we got the package a couple days after his birthday and sure enough it was a signed football from Joe (Burrow) himself," said Grayson Hodges.
