Now we’re talking! Those ribs!
That’s some good stuff!!
A+++ customer service, and the food was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They really did have great service. Somehow good service seems to make food taste even better. Maybe it’s because you’re less distracted by what you need and can focus on the food! Lol
It's been quite a few years since I went to Pappy's Smokehouse. I happened to be in town on business, and went to grab dinner the first night. It was so awesome I went back 2 more nights in a row at 4:45pm to eat dinner, just to make sure they weren't out of ribs before I got there. Literally the best ribs I've had anywhere in the US.
Hahaha. Love it! 3 nights in a row? Sounds like something I would have done! Lol Thanks for sharing!
I went there and fell in love with smoked ribs, honestly the best I've ever had
I’m with you man! Those things were amazing.
I absolutely love this! Everything you ordered 🤩🤩🤩
It was delicious! Those ribs were next level! I can see why food Network voted them #1!

Haha. I take it Pappy’s is your favorite! And for good reason! Honestly, I can’t argue with that. I was impressed. Appreciate the comment my friend!
Best ribs in the world.
Can’t argue with that. They were the best I had on my BBQ tour. I was impressed!
Unfortunately, you have to get the local brisket at Pappy's for a decent brisket. Most places just don't get it right. Even though Bogart's is owned by the same people. The BBq is a little different. I think their brisket is a close second though. Now I know this is about Pappy's, but if you want a good asian wing. Just 25 mins East in O'Fallon, IL is a place called bbq Chicken. It's a small dine in joint on Hartman Ln south of US 50. The wings are crispy and yet sticky with a fair amount of heat. Very delicious.
Thanks for sharing. Appreciate the tip on the wings!
You need to check out Oaken bbq in Kentucky. That’s the best bbq you’ll ever eat
Nice! I’ll add it to the list. I was wondering about what kind of BBQ Kentucky had. Thanks for sharing!
Texas is waiting for you!! Check out cattleack in Farmers Branch (Dallas) for the best BBQ!!
Yes! I love Texas style BBQ. Probably my favorite to be honest. I actually have a video of eating at Goldees in Ft Worth, Texas Monthly’s number 1, but I’ve never eaten Cattleack. Heard it was good though. I also just had Texas BBQ in Paris if you can believe it! Check out that video if you get a chance. Appreciate the comment! I’ll add Cattleack to my list!
I really thought the brisket and turkey were mediocre and I thought their ribs were nothing to write home about. Backyard ribs are better
I agree with you on the brisket, although the brisket on the Fritos was surprisingly good. Something about that combo just works! Appreciate the comment!
And still you ate the food and would do so again if you were hungry. 🤡
@@musicman195959 my bbq at home is much better and cheaper. Thanks for replying tho
not even best in st louis
Which one would you recommend?
I agree…not even close to the best I’ve ever had. Barely in my top 10-15 and I’ve had them in 17 States.
@@letsdomoregood Docs in Edwardsville IL is better.
Pappys is waaaay overrated..
I must have gone on a good day or was really hungry, because I loved it! Is there one that you prefer over Pappy’s or do you just feel that it’s overrated in general? Let me know if there’s somewhere else I should try! Appreciate the comment.
@letsdomoregood Heavy Smoke in St Charles has gotten rave revues, and honestly has thee best BBQ Wings I've ever had!
Mmmmm good
Yes! Delicious man. Appreciate the comment!
