Self care is super important! Wear earplugs, have plenty daylight in your studio, invest in a good office chair, and take regular breaks! Go get itt 💪🏻🔥

Good tips! Here is one more I highly recommend... properly setting your studio monitor gain using an SPL meter both makes the sound stage sound it's best from your listening position, but you can also know the maximum output in dB and ensure when you do want to crank up the volume it will never be high enough to cause damage...
I set mine to max out at 80dB which is safe for prolonged periods and I rarely go above 80% of that on my gain so it both sounds great and I know it won't cause harm.

I remember a friend saying me this,
"Even if you're song is not really good some people around the world might like it"
So never care about haters , care more to this people who loves your work😁

Thanks for all the info PLV! I agree that physical and mental health is often overlooked as a music producer and is so important to make time to stay healthy physically and mentally consistently.

Make sure your eyes are also well lubricated! I can speak of a personal experience as I had several occurrences of a teared cornea in my eye 😮‍💨

I don't understand why someone should produce music in a dark room. Personally I produce in a natural light room. Is it something that I don't know,?

Haha no absolutely no rules about that here, I'm just someone that always LOVED LED lights, it makes me feel inspired and creative and I know a lot of producers feel the same way. But then over time it's bad for the eyes yeah ^^

Well it depends what time of day of night your doing it, a bit like watching a movie its standerd practice to watch in a dark room (Same at the Cinema). In My 20s I would do ll sorts of stupid stuff and now pushing late 30s I regret in all but thats life.

Hold on 2021? You have only been doing music production for 3 years? I thought You had been doing it longer. Do You think your better RUclips creator then a music producer? Or is it more a 50 50 thing? I can't see My self doing high quality videos and music plus marketing, still seems distant to Me. As for loud music, the most damaging is being at partys or clubs or live shows, the music get way to loud. I was at a party a cupple days ago and the music just got louder and louder and I had to plug My ears with toilet roll, because I forgot My earplugs. I remember in My 20s coming home after a night out with ears screaming with Tinnitus and it went away back then but at 35 ish its now low but permanent I can hear it like the high pitched hum from a TV screan 24 7, I dont like it.

I´m sorry, this video is amazing except for the app thing, there is no real scientific data to support those supposed benefits yet.
