Aeris; Here is a tip for Jaxonz positioner you may not be aware of. When you select the tree or any object that is selected and highlighted, instead of moving the tree a great distance, just position yourself and the pointer where you would like to place the tree and tap the + [plus] key on the num pad and the tree will be immediately dropped there.
Good clarifications. Surprised you didn't mention the spriggan. 🧐 For the tree around the 2:15 mark, you can also enter console command, click, and type disable, which won't require an additional mod.
the Spriggan is still an Easter Egg. I'm not giving away its location :P As for the disable command, yes that is right, but from what I know it will only disable the object for the current session - I will accept corrections here if I'm wrong lol - but JP also gives you plenty of other tools, like fixing movable objects so they don't fly around anymore, or taking copies of things you want that you can't pick up (coughgoldencrockeryinSovngardecough), or duplicate or move items. It is altogether super useful.

now that you mention it, I actually did know this. Or used to, at any rate. I just got used to the way I do it these days. :)
