Certain skills are required to jam the keycard readers, carry 2 bags at once, kicking down doors, lockpick safes, etc... You can still use a silent drill (also requires the respective skill) for the safes. Disabling the metal detectors and the cameras will require the document with the colored circles and all you need to do is go to the huge power box, and disable the SEC and CAM.
