Certain skills are required to jam the keycard readers, carry 2 bags at once, kicking down doors, lockpick safes, etc... You can still use a silent drill (also requires the respective skill) for the safes. Disabling the metal detectors and the cameras will require the document with the colored circles and all you need to do is go to the huge power box, and disable the SEC and CAM.

Coming from someone who played before the whole massive rebranding of Notoriety, This is something that I've seen before on GMC. Really rarely when we played GMC, every single slot machine would just have the free ticket sticking out for some reason. Seems like it's still haunting the game.

Hey royo! Glad to see you're still making videos. 1) You can knife the wooden doors in GMC, just do it twice. 2) Gambling actually made the game rating go up lol, especially with the safes mechanic in-game right now. 3) I just beat it the other day in Loud, so probably fixed already.
