I would love to build a 6.0 diesel truck identical to yours dude. Right now I got an 03 excursion with a 6.0 that gives me problems from time to time. But a short bed performance truck is so cool👍
Hey man really like the content! I going to do the injectors in my 03 6.0 and was wondering if the valve cover gasket is reusable or just buy a new one to be safe. Was wondering what your thoughts are?
Awesome VIdeo! Lots of guys where just replying to my post I made about this on 6.0 PowerStroke Enthusiasts & Owners Facebook group, my 6.0 is completely stock and pretty much staying that way except for a blue spring and 4" exhaust...will be diving more into the FICM, Thanks for a great video!
So what would be your suggestion if just going with something like the bulletproof diesel ficm at a higher voltage vs something like what you did? New to 6.0's and mine is basically stock. Not doing much until I get some head studs.
I’m not a fan of the higher voltage FICMs. I personally don’t think there is much benefit besides maybe a little better cold starting. I would get a standard 48volt ficm and have it tuned.
@@InTheShop I wanna say thanks for the tips. Got a new ficm repair with the 40hp tune and got them swapped in about an hour and truck runs way better. And with the new alternator I'm over 14 volts at all times. Plus the airdog 5g with your truck to tap into the stock fuel pump power wire was key to that install. Looking forward to do more mods on the truck.
I sent a ficm to power hungry performance for tunnig ward hooked me up quick turnaround. i'll try blessed for the project 6.0 sitting in the weeds (shelved) for quite a few years👍
can you plz pin this
Done!
Thanks for watching Ben!
What’s the wheel and tire setup ?
Those compounds sound so good! That's one hell of a nice build brudda!
Thank you!

Thank you! I’ve been trying. I don’t upload enough.
How is that ficm working out?
It’s been great!

It’s a blast man. It’s exactly what I’ve wanted for a long time and finally have it.

They are reusable as long as they are in good shape. They can take a beating if they have been on and off a few times or if they are the originals.
I have a 2004 made in first month of 04 it is a 7 pin where can I get one or a rebuild one?? Best way best price?
ps im his little brother
