Thank you again for taking us with you on your hikes.
Seeing how beautiful the landscape is, I fiigure it could have only been the prospects of work which made both my grandparents (mother's and father's side) leave the area and move to the Ruhr-area.
I am again astonished to see how many hints into times long gone are to be found around the hiking-trails, which makes hiking there very interestinig for history buffs.
I can't wait to finally get there and experience it for myself.
Interessanterweise sind meine Eltern damals der Arbeit wegen aus dem Pott hierher gezogen 😅 Schön, dass du wieder dabei warst 😊
