Oscar this is the best comment here. Truer words were never spoken. Her lack of recognition and acknowledgment from the drag race powers that be as well as the fandom really is heartbreaking. I remember her telling a story of how the queens were all lined up for a meet and greet and all the other girls had enormous lines of fans waiting to see them and hers was empty and she said no one started to come over to her until they had seen all of the other girls. It was devastating. Sorry for getting a little dramatic but I am so protective over her because of things like that. I just wish everybody would send her the love that she deserves.

I think a lot of us couldn't stand Jasmine at the beginning of her season, but she's really grown on me. She seems like such a ray of positive energy and I'm happy that she's been so booked and busy with gigs like these and Binge Queens.

i hate that kennedy reminds me of all the lack of realism and personality that the new girls have nowadays. like, LOOK AT THAT REAL PERSON IN DRAG TALKING THEIR MIND. the drag race fans are disgusting. making the girls SCARED to be themselves, terrified of anything they could say that could spark a nobody online(or sometimes a known personality brainwashed by cancel culture) to create a shit storm from NOTHING. and we're left with the same cookie cutter girls all saying the same textbook blank shit that means nothing for the sake of the show. ugh.

100% correct. I wish more ppl dared to say stuff like "cancel culture HAS had legit negative impacts". That doesn't mean it is often not correct that ppl face consequences for their actions (when you say something truly racist for instance) - but the mob/cancel mentality is also sometimes too much and then everyone is afraid to say literally anything slightly controversial and ppl actively search for stuff to get offended. And by attacking a person you disagree with for any minor shit instead of having a discussion - 100% contraproductive. Btw I am from the Czech Republic - and I am sorta glad bc being gay is not too hard here AND the cancel craziness is a bit less strong here. I feel like US has gone too far.

i love seeing how much jasmine has grown in such short time since her season ended. she is so much more polite and says sorry when she interrupts, and doesn’t talk over people or over talk. i’m loving the new jasmine
I think a big part of that is the edit and the environment. But yeah i also think she has grown and is further into her transition and hopefully happier with where she is in life. Love her even more now!
@@Maarcus01 Yea I never liked how the edit depicted her she just seemed so happy and excited to be there given that she was also young at the time of filming like 21-22 or so. But yea the edit made it seem like she was unbearable which isn’t the case at all.
