You guy have got to watch the video of Lizzo's reaction to the infomercial part. She acts cool about it but you can tell it got to her a bit. lol
What helped me to stick with training first months was: "Loyality stamp card". You buy/make stamp card and write down what you want to be your reward, like "going to BUrger King ang have a big meal"
Then you put 1 stamp for every finished training in the gym. So for 10 tranings you get a reward.
Doesn't have to be a cheat meal, but it helps.
Also cooking home helps a lot. Because you can make better things by yourself than a fast-food joint has. Like self-made burgers are much better than McDonald'S ones. And today it's even cheaper.
You and Clariss should react to south park episodes, even if it's just a select group
Like the classics or the most unhinged would be cool

Moral of the story: Don't do drugs, kids. You're perfect the way you are. Instead, use your energy for self-improvement to better your character because the world will never be a better place without good men and women. 😊
Pretty sure the moral is if you were a crop top, you’ll fall into a bad crowd and start doing drugs.

This special was really funny, even feel bad for Cartman a little bit, which is very rare lol. On a side note, Tim's shirt is making him look like an NPC from GTA: Vice City haha.
My aunt and uncle are currently dying because they can't get ozempic. So glad Kendrick called everyone out and now south park too
I love how South Park tackles the American healthcare System because it's a ridiculous system. There's a reason why we need Medicare for all in this country so everybody has equal access to healthcare which would include ozempic.
Medicare is part of the system, the part they’re making fun of. What we need is to cut all “welfare”.
As someone who was a fat little butterball until I hit high school, this was the first time I truly felt bad for Cartman. That feeling of wanting to be normal while also not actually knowing how and having no realistic guidance is pretty painful.
I would like to see them react to joining the panderverse or its not suitable for children South Park specials or South Park the show
As someone diagnosed with Type 2 and reversed it into pre-diabetic and soon to be almost normal it is a miracle HOWEVER you do not have to be on it forever THAT is a misconception generated by god knows where. Just some clarification so you're aware of that
You should watch “No Hard Feelings” (2023) next. I think both of you would enjoy it.

Gotta remember, Cartman is an awful person so it's funny how some people felt bad for him in this special lol Do people forget that he tried to be the second coming of Hitler and tried to exterminate all Jews, got a teen's parents killed and then fed them to him in chili, and gave Kyle full-blown Aids? lol I'm just saying. Plus, Cartman has lost weight before in the past like in the episode "TSST (the dog whisperer episode) when his mom got him to eat a little healthier and he was freaked out by how he was actually losing weight lol.
That said, the episode was hilarious, very nicely done haha.
The best advice I can give you guys in your fitness journey is to motivate each other, hold each other accountable, and limit sugars, carbs, and dairy. Having a partner to help really does make it that much easier. Don’t feel like you have to do too much too soon. Start with 30 minutes a few times a week and go up from there when you’re comfortable. Once you get a rhythm going, it’ll become second nature.

Loved this episode! Never EVER feel bad for Cartman at any time or place as it WILL Bite you in the ass, and NEVER Forget, this is the same kid that turned Scott Tennermans parents into chilli and made him eat it!!! As a late in life diabetic now, and ive been on Trulicity for 6 months it does work and you absolutely lose that craving that makes you hungry, you still eat but you are not craving it. The biggest threat to America as i can see is the introduction in the early 20th Century is refined pure cane sugar, used a a flavor enhancer, and more important a cheaper "preservative" for foods than ever before! The first thing i look at when buying food is right t the bottom of most labels...the sugar content! For me i stay as low 9grams and lower per serving of anything. For most or all food there is no need for most added sugar of any kind. You must realize ANY food with a serving count of any sugar anwhere near 20-25 grams per serving is basically a Hershey Chocolate bar!
Moral of the story: don’t do drugs to loose weight and don’t pretend gain tons and tons of weight is a good thing. Confidence is good, but when you ignore your health and say it’s okay that’s delusion and denial. Both are bad.
Use chronometer detailing your go to meals. Once you get a feel on chronometer you'll have an idea of what to eat to hit your nutrition marks and won't need to use it. I used it when I went vegan and it was a life changer. I realized I had been under eating and that's why i felt like 💩.

I don't think people who just want to lose weight should take these drugs, that being said it's not like there's a low supply and people that actually need them can't get them because of a rich person.. They can infinitely just make the stuff. My mother has diabetes and is on Ozempic and her insurance pays for the whole cost
