All protien bars have ZERO protien in them because of a process referred to as denaturation whereby the protien structure is altered through compression and heating, this product may have began with containing protien but by the time the process is finished there is no protien in the product because it has been denatured

    • @stanleyleeansyah

The claim that protein bars contain zero protein due to denaturation is not accurate. Here's why:
      1. Denaturation:
What is Denaturation? Denaturation refers to the process in which the structure of protein molecules is altered, often by heat, acid, or mechanical processing. This changes the shape of the protein, but it does not eliminate the protein or its nutritional value.
Does Denaturation Destroy Protein? No, denaturation does not destroy the protein itself; it just changes its structure. Your body still digests and absorbs denatured proteins, breaking them down into amino acids, which are then used by your body.
      2. Protein in Processed Foods:
Compression and Heating in Protein Bar Production: Protein bars often go through some level of heating or mechanical processing. While these processes may denature the proteins, they do not "remove" the protein. The proteins remain intact in terms of their nutritional value and can still provide amino acids after digestion.
      3. Scientific Consensus:
Denatured proteins are still proteins and can be digested just like non-denatured proteins. Cooking food, for example, denatures proteins in meat, eggs, and other foods, but those foods still provide protein to the body.
      4. Protein Testing:
Companies that produce protein bars often have their products tested for nutritional content, including protein levels. The amount of protein listed on the label reflects the protein content after manufacturing processes are complete.
      Conclusion:
Denaturing the protein during the manufacturing process does not mean that the protein is "gone." It is still present and functional as a source of amino acids. The claim that protein bars have "zero protein" due to denaturation is a misunderstanding of how protein works.

@porothashawarma2339 . . . yes I can, it is a process known as "denaturation" and I did not invent it, denaturation is a well known established fact that every high school student who took chemistry knows about, that is how I can prove it
